Explained about the holiday the 3 different parts of the trip and offered us a better balcony and made sure that he went over everything and read it back to us to make sure everything was correct. All the required documents were sent through immediately complete with a print off booklet, we are very happy with Tom and Jetline cruises.

United Kingdom | 16 February 2023This morning saw a Cruise we liked to Niagara Falls and Transatlantic to Southampton with Mail Travel leaving 4th September price £1649.00 each. Cruise was arranged through Jetline Cruises. Spoke to Michael this morning and after a while came back with a figure of £2,350 each, I asked why discrepancy and he said flights and price of Cruises have gone up? They should not be allowed to mislead Mail customers and maybe should be kicked in touch by them. They are linked with Jetline Holidays who we have had bad dealings with in Past, please be aware! United Kingdom | 09 February 2023We have travelled with jetline cruise for 12 years had a least 5 cruise holidays with them. Unfortunately i would say the standards and customer service from this company are not what they were. The agent dealing with the cruise was possibly out of touch with how an itinerary should work in the best interests of the customer. There were a sequence of events that made the whole experience not pleasant. 1. We wanted direct flights from uk to miami and return. We found out return was not direct and only one hour to connecting flight at second airport. We were supposed to be on BA flight but shoved onto American airlines who are the worst airline to travel on.Our flight time was changed outbound by 5hrs but at no time did jetline inform us. However they did manage to get us an earlier flight after lots of e-mails and phone calls. Our return flights were delayed twice resulting in 21hrs late into uk. 2.Transfers never turned up at port off ship to airport. 3.Jetline have completely blanked us without any help to get compensation for delay and we are still waiting from airline. In years gone by we used same agent everytime with jetline who knew our requirements and helped us get the best out of our holiday and would not have given us 1hr transfer flights which ended up giving us a nightmare scenario at the end of a pleasant cruise. We would therefore advise anyone who wants to use this company to be sure of what u want and don’t allow them to move u onto airlines without prior knowledge.Communication was poor and often difficult to contact and passed onto to different people within the department of jetline. Jetline will say it’s not there responsibility ref flight changes but they should inform the customer and offer alternative. This would not have happened a few years ago. Such a shame as we have had some great holidays with them but this was not the best.

United Kingdom | 05 February 2023Just booked our easter cruise told jetline cruise our dates between 4th to 14th April they came back with a 2 night stay in Malta which we have not visited before with 7 days cruise with PO on azure visiting Italy Croatia ports could not resist quickly sorted and a great price in the easter period 😀
