The gentleman who did our booking was really helpful and explained everything. He also got us a lovely hotel for the night in Ft Lauderdale before our cruise. We usually book with a different cruise company but got a good deal. As long as all goes well we will definitely be using this company again.

Booking with Michael was very easy. He explained everything thoroughly and made every effort to keep us informed at every stage. As an older person I found that the methods required for us to provide additional information (via the App) to be confusing and demanding and will have to call the help line for assistance.

The tour was ok . ( Egypt) but the boat for the cruise line was awful. It did not deserve 5 star, hardly 1 star. The bathroom were moldy.

Good service, knowledgeable agent, went through a range of possibilities for flights, hotel accommodation and cabins. Very helpful, and helped us find what we needed, although it did take a few attempts to get through it all.

Was recommended by a friend to use to book holiday. I booked with agent Carl who was very helpful and arranged alternatives for us to have a better holiday experience. I have only given 4 stars just now as I have only booked the holiday and the experience was all good no one trying to hard sell anything, but I have yet to actually take the holiday and the arrangements that have been made so reason to leave at 4 stars will update on my holiday return.
