Really good - Nathan was my first contact when I booked he was really helpful. I changed our dinner seating times again I think I spoke to Paul phoned me back as he said he would - so far everything very positive. Nothing to complain about at all

where do I start - booked A cruise from Southampton to NY on QM2 then 2 night stop over in NY and train from NY to Niagara falls for 3 nights. booked in April 2021. In July 2022 they changed the Train to a flight stating train was not running due to COVID, this was not true I check and would have been able to book it without restriction they said the flight had now been booked and could not be changed.... Also on the original booking they stated hotels we would be stopping in, I checked and they had reasonable reviews so was happy. We then notice they had changed the hotels without informing us. The hotel in NY have some dubious reviews and the Hotel in Niagara has some atrocious reviews we have called and emailed to get this changed and have yet to get a response, each time we call the customer services the say they cannot help and will pass our request to the Cruise Specialist who took our booking we have sent numerous emails to no avail Would not recommend this company I am just trying to ensure my holiday goes without issue...... UPDATE - I have since had the Hotel at Niagara changed to a more suitable hotel which I am happy about but they refuse to change the NY Hotel as they use it often and have had no issue so that one was not changed

Hard working team who helped me find the holiday I wanted and booked upgrades on accommodation. When a small error was made in a dob the admin team rectified it while I was on the phone to them and send me an updated document. V impressed so far.

Once I spoke to someone they were the one who dealt with my holiday every time I rang so they had my details to hand and I didn’t have to keep explaining what I wanted to lots of different people

Had a couple of previous cruises with jet line and no problems to speak of However, in 2020 I was obliged to cancel a cruise due to problems during Covid. I had been obliged to pay the full price from the outset £5,600 but when I cancelled, they said there was a £500 cancelation fee not from them but Azamara Cruises -- Who confirmed it was not true!! Then, they said they could only return the deposit - I NEVER PAID A DEPOSIT - it was the full payment Since then, they used every trick in the book to wriggle out of returning any of my money JETLINE CRUISES are charlatans pure and simple I have never come across such blatant dishonesty. I see others are waiting years for their money to be returned GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!

I received an informative readout, if a little rushed, of the holiday I'd inquired about. When the detail of the holiday changed the company was prepared to be flexible and we agreed a mutually acceptable outcome. I have booked with this company before and would say they offer vfm, but first time applicants need to think through all the issues and ask the right questions when booking online.

We were offered a hotel in New York which when searched on TripAdvisor is cockroach infected and dirty. 100 year old hotel that has not been upgraded, should not have offered this and it has now cost us a further £200 on top of holiday to upgrade to.! Angry . Also we said could we maybe sail back on any ship after our 6 night stay in New York to be told nothing was available.

Very disappointed with our second holiday with JetlineCruise. Initial booking seemed good, but as the date grew closer, there were changes to flights, hotels which I initially checked out, but failed to check the finer details as the changes built up. Problems too numerous to list with the hotels. We booked the Rocky Mountaineer Train and ended up on a different train, we had to do a lot of local checks to make sure we would be picked up and on the cruise we did not get the 'Signature Beverage Package'. Upon complaining it all turned out to be my fault with very aggressive and unhelpful customer service. For me, the small claims court is an option.

Very easy booking , even when I incorrectly gave some details to the sales person the mistake was rectified quickly several days later. Looking forward to the cruise
