United Kingdom | 09 January 2023I have been waiting for a £70 refund since 6th October 2022…… I have spoken to the CS team on several occasions to chase my refund and was told I had to email the Admin team. Apparently, the Admin team advised it takes 28-35 working days to process a refund !!! After another follow up by email I was told it would be processed after Christmas and we are now on 9th January 2023 with still no refund. I have also sent an official complaint email and apparently that also takes 28 working days to respond. From a customer service perspective this has been a poor experience.

United Kingdom | 06 January 2023I have been waiting for a refund of money owed to me following the cancellation of our cruise in May 2020 due to Covid. Jetline Cruise have been less than honest or truthful in that they continually lied to me over when they will repay me and have missed every deadline they have given me. I am elderly, not well off and having the money I am owed would have helped me out greatly this winter and at Christmas. When I threatened legal action though the small claims court I got an out of the blue payment, carefully planned I feel sure that had I already issued proceedings the payment would have meant that I would have had to reissue the summons at my own cost.

United Kingdom | 06 January 2023Great experience from Tom(sales) but always frustrating when the flight costs change because price and quote seems to always need to have to transfer to another flight half way😒. Over 11hrs from Heathrow to LA is long enough without having being told you will have to transfer half way around to your destination to get the quoted price!!!

As this is our first cruise holiday we were happy that the rep told us every aspects of the trip. Our cabin has upgraded because the rep explained to us that the cabin we originally booked is below deck and near to the engine room.

United Kingdom | 04 January 2023My cruise was fine but I am highly skeptical about many of the reviews on Jetline cruise, I had a covid belated cruise to Alaska in May 2022. The original package I booked cost more than the cruise I took, I am still trying to get the £600 they owe me back. They promise to pay but the money never arrives. How can you trust a company that behaves in this way. ---------------- A few days after I posted my original review, Trustpilot and Jetline asked me for more information. If i dont provide it they say they "may" take down my review, so my scepticism about the lack of negative reviews for Jetline appears to be justified.
