United States | 10 October 2020Unable logon to Tengo Internet after creating an account, I called their Customer Service. Ms. Alma Hernandez was very polite, courteous & professional. She listened to the description of my issue, then immediately set about trying to resolve it. She kept me informed along the way as to what she was doing. By the end of our conversation, my issue had indeed been resolved. If only EVERY call to a Customer Service person would go so smoothly & end so well. Ms. Hernandez is a credit to her employer. ¡Gracias, Alma!

United States | 08 October 2020Expensive heap of trash. THE WORST support ever!! They either throttle speeds or the network is an unstable garbage patch. They have the nerve to charge the campground for any physical maintenance they may do (good luck with that). I cringe at any business that uses Tengo. Nothing says “screw the customer “ quite like Tengo. I’m watching my speeds bounce from 900 bytes to 1 mb. If you must work from home, forget Tengo. One of their wildly incompetent ‘techs’ actually asked me to bring my desktop outside to do a speed test. Yeah, their special that way.

I asked a million questions and he was just as polite and informative with each question. He walked me through each step and assisted me in selecting my plan. I was trying to connect my Xbox but had a hard time and both customer care reps were very help and stayed on the phone or offered to dig into the situation further we ending up solving the problem and happy to be able to game while I camp!!!

United States | 26 September 2020I am a new client to Tengo and I called about an urgent problem on a site that they don’t have a contract for but Bobby went out of his way to patiently walk me through trouble shooting a system that he was not familiar with. In the end, we were able to get the WiFi back up and now several hundred guest have reliable WiFi for the weekend. I’m very grateful. Switching to Tengo is looking like a great decision.
