United States | 26 July 2020The staff at your help desk are professional and courteous. They can only do so much with this service though. We are in Tuckahoe Acres and one lot away from a WIFI pole and during the weekend, its nearly impossible to complete any transaction online. Perhaps you could increase the strength of the wifi when the normal weekend traffic is heaviest?? Ironically trying to post these comments are difficult as the code I'm supposed to receive to authenticate me, will not come through! Attempted three times but the delay causes these comments to time out!

United States | 20 July 2020We signed up for Tengo"s highest speed at about $70/month. We had a long-term problem with internet speed from day one with the installation. It because so slow that the internet was unusable and we had to use our phones as a hotspot. I would call and leave messages, but not get a call back. I finally learned that you have to keep calling and staying on hold till you get someone. When I finally made it to Alexis and Gabriel, they were great at helping us, and Gabriel as supervisor was very proactive at calling me. It was difficult to get our case escalated to the people within the organization who could help. I eventually emailed Tengo several times, posted messages on their Facebook, posted a negative comment on their Facebook page, made negative comments on other sites, messaged our RV resort on Facebook, and spoke to the resort manager several times who also spoke with her boss. Gabriel and Alexis are two people who worked extensively with us and did not give up. Our 2 ticket numbers are #585463 and #585576. Alexis worked with us extensively to eliminate several possible issues and turned it over the Gabriel (a supervisor). Gabriel was able to work within the organization and finally find the problem, which was that our antenna was not locking on to the nearest bridge. Once this was discovered, changes were made and our internet download speed has consistently been over 40MBPS and the upload speed has been over 4MBPS. Now, we realize that this was a problem from the day of installation that should have been solved. I have called countless times about problems with speed and had several tickets. Though there are some good people in the organization like Alexis and Gabriel, the Tengo system of support makes it extremely difficult to get to them, and for them to dig down deep enough to find the problem and get it resolved. If you are a Tengo customer and have an unresolved problem, my advice is that you, unfortunately, have to spend a lot of time and energy being a relentless squeaky wheel, and be very vocal to shame Tengo into getting your support issue to the right people who will work to fix it. And if you are in a resort, use the management to pressure Tengo, because the resort sales will suffer without good internet.

We are in this KOA 4 times in the last year. Each time I've had to call and get the tech to RESET TengoInternet.6678. ONE TECH SAID THAT THE TENGOiNTERNET NEEDS TO REPLACE THEIR ANCIENT EQUIPMENT !!!

United States | 09 July 2020I advised the agent that the wifi at the campground did not work during the 2 days I purchased. The service was unstabble and I kept getting kicked off during an important zoom meeting on Sunday. (I had to use my phone hotspot to continue the meeting.) I was expecting a full refund of my $6.57 because I was not able to use the wifi.

United States | 05 July 2020When I called it in the service representative was very respectful and helpful. He figured the problem out quickly and put in a work order ticket. I have used this service for several years now. 1 prior year it was so bad they actually refunded my money. However the past couple of years the service has been fairly good for the most part. Most recent inquiry was that we had a connection but no Intranet. Called it in on July 4th 2020. As of this morning 9 a.m. July 5th 2020 it has not been repaired. Could be because of the holiday weekend. Hopefully it will be repaired soon.

Although my download speed is less than they said I would get, it is still sufficient to stream Netflix and Prime and I don’t have trouble surfing the web.

United States | 23 June 2020I was on at least 3 phone calls for my problem of hooking up my new Sony Blue Ray player to the Internet. I can't necessarily fault the customer service reps who tried to help me, I am still unsuccessful in getting the internet connection. I would not that my android and smart TV did get connected but NOT the Blue Ray player.
