United States | 10 May 2020I have read a lot of reviews about tengointernet. Thought I might get answers to my issue. I paid $150 to have them install private wifi then paid another $70 for 1 month of service. I had service for 1 day and nothing since. I see a lot of good reviews about customer service and none about actual service. In fact the reviews about network reliability are terrible. Concentrate more on providing the service you advertise and customer support won't be the only good reviews you get.

I have the choice to pay $20/month after a week free trial. I need the internet for my job and you are the only choice. Can you enlighten me?

United States | 01 May 2020My stay at a KOA park was extended past 30 days, so my internet access expired. My technician was able to extend my current access so I didn’t have to enter anything new. It was a quick fix and I was up and running in a matter of minutes. Super happy!

She was nice but said nothing she could do as service to my street was out. She'd forward to Tier2. It's now 1:26 and still no service. I've had to go to a friend's home to send in this review.

United States | 26 March 2020Went down two stars. I wrote a complete review and lost because I didn't have an account, when I went to the verification code I lost the complete review. You MUST have an account on TrustPilot to write a review. That is worth minus one star by itself. Call in support is 5 star, a good thing because they have to be. I am fairly tech savvy so I was able to find and set up in the system the MAC addresses for the devices I wanted to connect to the paid service. 1st call was (per call in support) regarding a device that would connect then drop, connect then drop, see a pattern. There system had put the MAC address in twice, causing a conflict between the paid network and much slower free network. Nothing I could do to fix as I had turned equipment off, connected equipment to a different network on my phone, reconnected to paid network, same results. Next call was regarding loss of network in the park. Watching streaming TV, no problem for a while then network disappeared. Sometimes takes significant effort to reconnect, sometimes reconnects on its own in a minute. Isn't the hardware in the park as there is never anyone there to repair hardware. I think the system is constantly testing MAC addresses and locks up the system on a regular basis. Watching streaming news this morning, works well for a while, then just stops, after a couple minutes comes back. If I had ANY other affordable choice I would not pay for this piece of crap.
