United States | 16 October 2019I spent weeks trying to work with this company! After hours on the phone and multiple trouble tickets placed I was told there is nothing else they can do. They advertised 20 Mbps but the fastest speed I got was 17 mbps and it lasted 6 minutes. The rest of the time, my speed sat around 2 mbps. When I asked for a refund they said, since I was able to download at any speed, they would only give me a refund for the days unused. Regardless of the fact that the speeds never came anywhere close to the advertised speed besides the 6 minutes I spoke of. Over two months I worked with them to try to get the speed up and I get a few dollars back for the unused days. Unacceptable!!! I went to my cell provider and got a device that delivers the speed Tango advertised without the hassle. It cost a little more than Tango, but it is far more reliable! Not to mention the horrific customer service that I recieved for the weeks I tried to work with Tango. Save yourself the frustration and get a device that will work without the headache. This internet and customer service is not worth the money let alone the time or headache. I recieved better internet and customer service while deployed to a third word country!

My customer service representative is the best. David is very timely in responses and helpful when I am looking for new solutions. I highly recommend Tengo for your internet management.

Canada | 27 September 2019Tengointernet installed a 12 antenna Ruckus system in our park two years ago and this year we were able to up our connection speed to 300mbps and it's been by far our best wifi year for both customer satisfaction and lack of technical issues. Tengo's customer service has also always been fast and very helpful if we or our customers have needed anything.

We installed 8 new high tech WiFii towers on our property, There were many glitches to figure out as we fine-tuned our system for summer 2019. Tengonet support worked a lot with us to remedy glitches and low WiFi signal coverage areas. By late July, we thing all issues have been resolved. No more dropped WiFi calls for our guests. I really appreciate Tengonet's willingness to stand behind their up graded products and trouble shoot issues until everything is working smoothly. I have been using Tenngonet for almost 15 years as my /wifi provider and have nothing but good things to say abut their company. You contact support when your having a problem and expect it to go from bad to worse but not from Anastasia ,like I said very helpful and had me up and running without a big hassle. I never give a 5 star rating,but she was real close to getting a 5!!

United States | 18 September 2019I experienced a logon issue at a Tennessee State Park where Tengo is the provider. The phone number given for support was clear and answered quickly by Alfredo, who was knowledgeable and aware of similar problems nearby. After several minutes of troubleshooting we were unable to complete a login so he promised further action by his support team and a followup phone call with me at my convenience the next day. Quite honestly, that seems to rarely happen but he did indeed call and the issue was resolved. Great customer service by Alfredo who knew his stuff and really wanted to help a client. Thanks!

United States | 27 August 2019I've worked with Tengo on multiple projects now, and their service and expertise on this project was spot on as usual. Tengo encourages best practices, both in equipment for the network and in ISP connections to adequately serve the numbers of spaces we have, and even though it costs more, I've always found that we benefit when we follow those recommendations. We went with a Ruckus network, and we've found nothing that offers better connectivity for our customers. Our customers are saying good things to us and in reviews about the resort. One access point was not working properly, I worked with Tengo to diagnose it, and they shipped another out to me the next day, no problems. McCall RV Resort is a top notch, destination RV resort, and now it has a Wifi network to match. Thanks Tengo!

I don’t know where they can market speeds over 5mb but my Xbox clocked it at 1.39....come on....it’s 2019 and this is the best we can do??? So, 1.3 down and .39 up....not even 1 damn mb up! Don’t advertise what you can’t provide, we spend good money to be able to use decent internet....

Paid $10 for 4 days of internet use at San Benito RV Park since my Verizon hotspot has been very slow in this area and my phone has no reception. First of all they do not tell you the plan is limited to 1 device before you signup, however that doesn't really matter because they are not capable of providing usable internet to even that 1 device. To say the internet is slow is an understatement. There is slow internet, which is what I had to use with my Verizon hotspot, and there's just doesn't work at all and I might as well have used my $10 to light a campfire. I emailed their support, no response. Crooks.

United States | 14 August 2019Although the service didn't provide the 50Mbps when first installed, the company sent technicians promptly to provide upgraded equipment. The system is now providing 40 to 44 Mbps down and 4.0 to 4.6 Mbps up. Thanks Robert, John and Jared for prompt courteous service.
