As for the community Tengo has its beyond amazing. The system is pretty good if the wrinkles get ironed out for when guests venture between parks with Tengo. The guests having to check in and make an additional cal that cost an additional $10 is no bueno all because they cant get on is a bit of an annoyance just because they were at another park with tengo. In all the support between Elise and David and Shilo is beyond 5 stars. They are a team that gets it done. A team that delivers guidance in challenging situations and a team that takes the time to know your needs to execute the best solution.

When it comes to my experience with WiFi services, I certainly have had a whirlwind of challenges. Initially a customer of a small WiFi company providing WiFi service to our campground, we had zero idea what we were getting into. About 2 years in, our contract was sold to a family owned WiFi company who did their absolute best to meet their customers needs, but struggled with available resources to accomplish this task. When finally our contract was sold again to Tengo Inc., I was apprehensive of yet another change to our system. By now, WiFi was no longer a amenity,.. it was an expectation. My first meeting with Tami Tock at Tengo was wonderful! She took time to understand our resort, our needs, and our guests needs. She reviewed my concerns from the previous ownership and equipment flaws and took action. Within a few days we were up and running on Tengos system, and I was in contact with the tech team to resolve issues on our resort. Countless amazing technicians that no only have great customer service skills, but AMAZING tech knowledge and full understand what they are selling. In specifics, a tech named Karol took a lot of time and energy in his work on our resort. He helped me replace and upgrade countless items, repair existing ones, and after 2 hours on the phone with me (in a bad cell area) kept the same determination to fix it all the way through. He is by far someone I respect and appreciate very much for helping me through many internet challenges in the middle of crazy holidays on the campground. I highly recommend Tengo Inc. They have a strong grasp on the future of this industry, offer unique payment plans and options for all campgrounds, and they have a TOP NOTCH team of folks working behind the desks in their tech department. Kudos goes to Karol and the entire team at Tengo!

From the time of contact of Tengointernet till the installation was complete I have had contact with four people. First: Rick Nobbe w/Sales Sec: Stephanie Vasquez w/Engineering Third: Elisa Harvey w/Admin Training Fourth: Art the installer Rick was very professional he knew the answer or he got back with me very quickly every time I called for him, I even got him or he called him back very shortly. Stephanie was a different story, I never got her when I called most times, she didn’t return the call. Email was about the same no reply, till the middle of January then she would reply to emails no phone calls. Elisa was like Rick she was very professional and knew her job. She has answered the phone every time I have called or replied to all emails. It was a pleasure to deal with her. Art was a professional too, he showed up to install the equipment. I told him he must be on contract and not by the hour as fast as he worked. He arrived about 10 a.m. by 5 p.m. the equipment was up and working. It's too early for me to rate Tengointernet as the equipment has not been up and working but one week. Less a few hours last Sunday 2/3/2019.

My company & I have worked with TengoInternet for the past 9 years. Over the years, Tengo has always striven to stay up to date in the ever changing world of technology. Technology changes so fast this day & age, but Tengo has always managed to stay on top of the industry by installing & supporting the most up to date equipment available. I have called Tango 7 times in the past 2 months. Told the representatives that the WiFi is poor. Signal goes off and on repeatedly Each if the past 6 times they attempt to fix the problem remotely. I have told them that they need to send out a technician because them resting it remotely does not work. This is a terrible company when it comes to servicing a connectivity issue. This issue should have been resolved 2 months ago. Update: As of 2/1/2019 residents here are still having trouble with their WIFI and I have still not seen anyone from Tango come and look at the transmitter or receivers on the property. It amazes me that Fallbrook RV Resort continues to use Tango. Resetting remotely will not fix something that is not correctly positioned or is in disrepair.

Initially we had issues with our WIFI at our RV park, once we got Elisa Harvey involved and identified the issues TengoInternet was all over it. Elisa is awesome she worked tirelessly night and day until we where 100% satisfied, and it doesn't stop there she continues to monitor our system to ensure we are satisfied.
