I have to say that Tengo Internet is the best Internet company I have ever used. Their Customer Service is awesome. They always go above and beyond to ensure the problem is resolved. Usually any issue is corrected same day or as soon as physically possible. I would recommend this company to anyone that has the opportunity to use them. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Camping in RV resorts brings challenges to reliable connectivity while traveling. After visiting multiple RV resorts that offer free WiFi, we have found that the service supplied is below average in speed and reliability, most often the connection is not even able to be used. TengoInternet however is the perfect solution to your connectivity needs. You choose the type of service you need and receive a fast, reliable connection. I only wish that many more of the RV Parks have this service!

Tango Internet has been a pleaser to work with from putting in all of the towers to getting us up and fully functioning. I get emails if one of my system towers are down so that we can fix the issue before a guest is even aware of the outage. On call assistants is been amazing for both guest and employees if we have a problem that needs to resolve. Logon to my web page is easy and very useful to see how the Wi-Fi is work during busy or event low occupancy as I can check on things day or night.

Discussed issue with TengoInternet... they were respectful and understanding of my frustration. Figured it had something to do with local ISP and park investment in their wireless environment. TI confirmed and therefore deserve to have their rating bumped up. As mentioned, service at other parks was satisfactory; and still more economical vs the big 3 cell companies hot spot services. I'll gladly bump this review up a few stars if and when they ever get back to me regarding 2 emails to support I have now sent and have not been responded to. And provide a logical resolution to the issue before you. In the last month and a half I have traversed the central and southern half of CA on business spanning 4 campgrounds. My complaint here is not the quality of the service- I understand that is in the hands of the local ISP and wireless network support engineers. Sometimes you need to take what you can get. My complaint is one of business model consistency. I arrived here at campground #4 a few days ago and was ok with Tengo being the administrator. But when I logged in to pay for a subscription I found the price ~$10 higher vs. any of the other park subscription offers. But it is only good on one device and the speeds offered as "premium wi-fi service" as not equal to the others. Example: Circle RV Resort in El Cajon, CA (current location)- 1 month $39.95 "premium" 7MB DL/2.5MB UL for one device. Compare that to Thousand Trails in Paicines, CA- 1 month $30.00 7MB DL/7MB UL for 4 devices. 4 vs 1! And the quality here is not nearly as good as TT. Repeat and rinse for the other 2 parks. I'll update the review if a resolution is reached that works out for all. So for now buyer beware...

10/2/18 Update: After using it for a couple of weeks I think the service is fair. Better during the day when most users are gone. We can only connect 1 computer, no phones and no smart TV (though that can be done with some extra help from management I'm told) and that is a little frustrating. Most of the time the connection is acceptable but at times it is so slow we have difficulty working. Customer service is excellent! 9/13/18 Updated: I appreciated the phone call I received after posting this review which helped me understand the situation. I am bumping up the rating for that and hope that once I finally get wifi access it will move up to a 5 Star! 9/12/18: I've been at the Cherry Hill RV Park in Tulsa, OK for 4 days of a 30 day stay and the internet has been down the entire time. As I understand it equipment needs to be replaced but I've been told the technician "must still be programming it" for several hours now and honestly I am a bit frustrated. I need to be able to work and selected this campground based on the fact that they had wifi. The customer service reps have been very pleasant and helpful but until service is restored I can't go any higher than 1 star.

I have been with TengoInternet for many years, and I have stayed impressed at how they continue to grow to meet the ever changing demands of their industry. The current staff have taken customer commitment to a new level. When I call, Elisa answers her own phone 99% of the time, or returns my call within an hour or two. The tech support folks also have it together, with almost instant follow up on issues. I really appreciate the personal service we receive....

A miscommunication led to a lot of excessive prep work being done prior to install. After install Tengo took responsibility for the miscommunication and made it right. The service itself has worked great.

TengoInternet did an upgrade a few months ago and the service has been very good since that update. I know that people are using large amounts of data and streaming movies. Recently I have noticed that they are reaching out to us to make sure that everything is going well with their service and I really appreciate that!

I'd like to give it a higher rating but can't at the moment. I'm at Chickasaw State Park outside of Henderson, TN. I signed up for the free service and while my wireless indicator shows a strong wireless connection, I can't access the internet from my phone. I can from my laptop but it's very slow. I'm not trying to stream, just read the news and do some work while here. I can deal with a slow connection as long as I can reliably connect to the internet. The wireless antennae isn't that far from my campsite, so....since I get no cell service out here, I need reliable wireless. I'm sure there's a simple solution but my internet search has turned up nothing.

Our system keeps getting better and better. We have a very young crowd in the summer months of around 800 people with each family having around 2 to 3 devices. At one point during the summer, we had over 500 different devices on our system in a 48 hour period. The most I saw at any one time was 155 people on at the same time. I had no complaints and several good to great comments. TengoInternet has tried extremely hard to work with us in order to give our guest a great wifi experience. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for a wifi system.

We have not received any complaints from residents at this RV Park regarding internet access through TengoInternet. The Admin training was extremely helpful in allowing me access to the park's service and ability to monitor usage.

I manage an RV park and, much like a hotel, customer service needs to be a priority 24/7. I had our service upgraded half a year ago and TengoInternet has provided outstanding support around the clock. They respond both directly to me and my customers anytime there is a service issue, and have allowed me to control the service my guests receive down to the smallest details. Considering how complicated of a set up I have at my property, I've always been surprised at how quickly and accurately TengoInternet can trouble shoot and fix any issues I've had. Even with 500+ users on the network, I hear almost no complaints about the quality of the Wi-Fi throughout my park.
