United States | 27 June 2018I paid $7.95 for three days service at Lake Chippewa Campgroud in Hayword, Wi. Tengo Internet never worked. It was difficult to bring it up, sign in and have it stay connected. I would like my money back! I had to give one star but deserved none.

United States | 21 June 2018Very poor service, I called support and they were very distracted and unable to help me. My issue was passed along to a supervisor who never called me back. I purchased the upgraded plan of which we did not come close to receiving the bandwidth they advertised. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Avoid this company if you can.

United States | 13 June 2018We are so grateful for the Tengo team's hard work to deliver on their core value of Service Excellence! They've gone above and beyond to provide our community with strong outdoor WiFi at Community First! Village in Austin, TX, a 27-acre master planned community for the formerly homeless. One of our residents recently shared this with us: We now have widespread internet at Community First! Village, and it is GREAT! Thank you, Tengo!

United States | 02 May 2018I'm a full time year round resident in Arizona and have been with WildBlue / Exede for years only because there were no other options. When my community brought in Tengo I was leery of making the move since my business is run out of my home office. I finally had it installed today and couldn't be happier. I'm waiting for a few weeks before I totally turn my other service off but so far so good

United States | 26 April 2018Kimberly Chung was awesome, we were struggling with low survey scores at our resort...We did a quick drill down on what the usage vs. availability on bandwidth and she was able to adjust our system to better fit our guests needs. Knowledgeable and friendly!

United States | 15 March 2018Tengointernet services is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. They supply "free" internet service that is almost worthless. They also supply "premium 10mbs" service for an additional fee. This premium service is as slow, if not slower, that dial up services with a 212 modem of the 70's. The excuse they give is that they, Tengonet, only provide the delivery service and can only distrbute what the RV park's ISP provides. As far as I am concerned that is a poor excuse. Customer service is a bunch of script reading toddlers and "Supervisors" are never available and will not call back despite promises. 3/20 As a followup, I forwarded a log spanning approx 5 weeks to Tengointernet marketing as requested and marked it read receipt requested. As of now, they have not opened it nor responded. I also just spent almost 10 minutes waiting for a web page to open, finally gave up. 3/20 I have received a reply from Tengonet saying they will review the matter.

United States | 27 February 2018We've been at Butterfield Resort in Benson AZ since the start of the month and haven't had internet in a week. Tengo is so slow the rest of the time I feel like I'm using an old dialup seervice! I called the "tech support" line this morning and they had me go through multiple page tries and removing any profiles I had, and it still didn't work. Then they tell me that the network is down..hmmmm....why didn't they say that in the first place? I had the same conversation 4 days ago....Don't use them, they are ripping people off. Butterfield RV Resort must be the only RV resort that doesn't have free wifi left in Arizona.

United States | 09 January 2018I have been at Ancient Oaks RV Park, in Rockport, TX, since November 1, and I can count, on ONE hand, the number of consecutive days the system has provided internet service. As of this writing, we have been without service for 3 days. I can connect to the router, but I get a No Internet Access message, EVERY time! If there is an option to Tengo, TAKE IT!

United States | 18 November 2017Too bad there is not a "no star" rating. Horrible internet experience. I have called tech support 4 times today. The people are just there to draw a paycheck. I will be paying someone else for service.

United States | 12 October 2017Been at Santee Lakes, CA RV park for two months now with two more to go. This has simply been the worst wifi I think I have ever encountered. Non-existent to patchy connections at best. Even the people that run the park tell you that you might be better off obtaining internet through your phone. Well then why go through this company? You can stand behind your canned response that you just provide the equipment to access the internet and are not the provider. But, if we can't connect through your worthless portal, then the quality of the internet provider is a moot point. My current spot is about 50 feet away from an access point, at one time we were able to connect and set up the account. But now, not able to obtain an address. If this is what your RV park offered for wifi, plan on using your phone's hotspot...

United States | 12 August 2017Problems arose when Tengo changed it's format on the sign in page. Our customers were having issues navigating the page. Contacted Tengo and they helped us go to a simpler sign on format with a one name password. Thank you.

United States | 10 August 2017I understand that your not the internet provider... But all the confusing steps you have to go through to get connected...are ridiculous! Then if I can't get connected... And have to call you for help? Don't expect to talk to any real person anytime soon. Wow! I had to leave a message!!! That is even more ridiculous! Then had to wait 24 hour for you to call back! Horrible customer service and definitely not user friendly We have been Workamping at the Rapid City KOA since May and the wifi service has been very slow to non-existant. Very frustrating! You can't count on having wifi service 95% of the time and our camper is about 50 feet away from a tower.

Netherlands | 03 August 2017Just spend 4 weeks RV holiday in the US. Several campgrounds used tengointernet. Every time it was, at least, an enormous hassle to get connected. Most times the wifi connection just didnt work at all. Lousy wifi provider, dont deliver what they say.

United States | 01 August 2017I am at a campground that allowed Tengo to provide internet service. My RV is 2 sites away from a wifi tower. Our signal is always only poor or fair. Customer service people are nice but the service I'm paying for is wifi which I am extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend TengoInternet to any RV park unless they want to hear constant complaints.

United States | 06 July 2017This wifi/internet service is horrible!!!! I have used it several times at campgrounds, and every time there has been a problem. You cannot find a number for customer service, and when you email them,(which is to be available 24/7), you don't get a reply until the next day. The evening is usually the worst and that is when I need it!! When the gentleman called me the following day, I asked for a number that I could call, rather than waiting for an answer with email, he said he would email me one, and he never did! This company has the worst service and customer service as well! If you can find any other form of wifi, use it, it will be better than Tengoinnternet!!!!!
