United States | 13 December 2015Better than nothing. Hopelessly inadequate for anything other than downloading image-free emails and looking at a few websites in slow motion.

United States | 12 December 2015I've used TengloInternet at RV parks and after the first experience at an RV park in California I was disheartened to find TengoInternet at RV parks in Washington state and Oregon. The WiFi service isn't consistent. The one thing that is consistent about TengoInternet is that it's always terrible no matter which RV park I've been to. TengoInternet seems to be the WiFi of choice at RV parks. This will probably cause me to invest in a satellite system if TengoInternet doesn't improve.

United States | 12 December 2015We have had very mixed results using tengointernet. I assume it is because of the level of service that the various campgrounds can afford and the number of campers who ignore the plea to not stream movies, etc. I feel the service in general has improved over previous years.

United States | 11 December 2015Your service is fast and convenient at this location. I wish all RV resorts had the same service. Thank you

United States | 11 December 2015The WiFi service was so/so I guess. The most part I did not like having to re-sign in time and time again. I can see the 1st time. But so many times was irritating to say the least.

United States | 11 December 2015My family and I just returned from a 12 day road trip from Portland, OR to Anaheim, CA, by RV. During this trip we stayed at numerous RV parks, almost all of which used Tengo Internet. We were in different spots within each park with varying distance from the main office. Only in a couple instances did we experience good internet coverage. Sometimes it worked well enough to load and check email (although often slowly). Many times it didn't have enough strength to load email, let alone any video or streaming. Needless to say this was frustrating, especially since I had to increase my data plan twice during the trip due to lack of wi-fi.

United States | 11 December 2015Was easy to use and had no trouble getting on. It was appreciated while we were staying there.

United States | 11 December 2015We are full-timers and depend on the internet. We expect good signal strength. We expect to be able to stream video etc. but we are willing to pay for it, i.e. the option of paying weekly or monthly for the ability to do so.

United States | 10 December 2015Used it last year just fine but this year could not successfully log on.

United States | 10 December 2015In the past when I had dealt with TengoInternet, it hadn't been so great. This time I was very pleasantly surprised at how well it worked.

United States | 10 December 2015Internet service is mostly good, a bit unreliable at peak times.

United States | 10 December 2015Not a real good experience for me. Once I figured out how to get online(and I attempted to use it for three days while at an RV park), the internet was terrible...At times I could get on easily and other times could not... or I could be checking email and it would go along smoothly and then all of a sudden it would say I was connected but nothing would open up. Don't know if it had to do with times when everyone was maybe trying to get online at the same time, but it did it both late at night and in the morning. This happened over and over again in the course of 3 days...

United States | 10 December 2015Works well so we can keep in touch while traveling.

United States | 10 December 2015Sometimes only one bar. Makes it very slow on e-mail

United States | 10 December 2015It seemed fast, reliable, safe, secure and easy to connect to. The only criticism I would have is the streaming was so slow it was not possible to use Netflix or my "View anywhere" Dish Network streaming. Disappointing!

United States | 10 December 2015We were unable to log on most everyday, and when we did get on, the speed was very slow. We quit trying after two days.

Canada | 10 December 2015A decent incoming internet service in most places, for a reasonable price, have used this Tango over many years and found an improvement in their service

United States | 10 December 2015same as above.

United States | 10 December 2015The signal is fairly strong, and I don't have problems getting email, searching the web, playing games, downloading a new book to read, etc. But I am constantly being interrupted, asked to log in again to my tengointernet account when I am supposed to have a 24-hour pass. It is so very annoying. Why is this necessary?! If I have a 24-hour pass, and I have not turned my tablet or phone off, then why must I log in again every hour or two? It makes absolutely no sense to me. And I have had an account for several years. I'd say you need to rethink some parameters.
