We use "TengoInternet" for six months each year and must change our user names and passwords for our laptop, I-pad, and both phones every time we register. It would be helpful if we could keep the same user names.

We had to be in the front window of our RV to get a weak signal . The login only lasted for 24 hrs. Few people stay at this park for less than two days. I believe three should be a minimum log in period!

I am in a large RV park and the signal is weak. It buffers a lot, esp in the evening.

Many places that I have gone to use Tengo internet. Almost without exception, the connection is poor, unreliable and slow! I now have a Verizon Airporter which always works!

I appreciated the availability of Internet service while at the 49 er RV park in Plymouth. My granddaughters actually kept us entertained around the fire showing us their favorite you tube sketches. We had good laughs together. I also enjoyed using internet radio while there. The connection was fast and strong.

Far Horizons has apparently upgraded the Internet service as it now functions very well. Not only are we pleased but are saving money not using our private provider.

Not as fast as I'd like to see and it goes offline frequently.

Just like the title. I find tengo to be erratic and unstable. The speed is torture. We tend to avoid RV parks with Tengo Internet due to the constant frustration at having it force us to login again, or just being slow as molasses. The traffic shaping is ridiculous - they give you less bandwidth than the cheapest cell plan, and then you get dial up speed (14k) if you do anything but load a couple of websites. Grr. Bad Tengo. Tengo bad.

Depending on the park I - 1: cannot connect at all. 2: connect but get kicked off. 3: There have been some experiences where I have been able to use your system but they are few and far in between If I was younger I would become an internet service sales person and do nothing but seek out RV parks using your systems.

I was very pleased with the service that I was provided while at the Far Horizons' 49er RV park in Plymouth, CA this past weekend, Dec. 2015. It was fast, easy to use, and did everything that I needed it to do.

I use these when traveling in our motor home and stay in various RV parks. I like being able to get my email while on the road. I usually find these site to be difficult to use at night, I think that is due to the number of users. It would be nice if the parks would increase their capacity to handle higher volumes of Internet traffic.

My wife and I tried to use the service and was unable to use the service. Was very unhappy that we were charged for the sevice and unable to simply check our email

Tengonet is good as long as there are not too many other people using it at the same time. I have noticed early in the "snowbird" season connection is fast and stable. However, the busier the park gets and the more people using the service the connection suffers. I am trying to decide if I want to pay the extra and get internet direct to my home. A major disadvantage is with Tengointernet I am not able to use ROKU or streaming.

I was impressed with the ease of use and speed provided by the TengoInternet during a recent stay at 49er Far Horizons RV Resort in Plymouth CA. Especially impressed since it was Thanksgiving week and weekend and the resort was nearly full and you can bet every RV had at least one computer and one phone connected. Couldn't tell the difference between home service and rv park service really.
