We looked on several web sites to find the spot light we wanted, we eventually found them on down lights direct, they were ansel spots and wow they look good. It was simple to order what we needed for our lounge then 2 days later they turned up. First class service well done.

Products were mostly good, but a few faulty items were replaced without question, and a further problem was sorted promptly via email. Found company via websearch, website pricing incorrect but corrected itself on order enquiry. My main concern it that there database apprars to have loads of incorrect info, I didnt have an email or paperwork without an error on it. However what I ordered I got in less than a week. Would I use again ..yes - hopefully there see this and take action on the silly errors that exist.
