I was looking for some LED dowlights that would give me a bright, cool light similar to daylight. My local DIY store only offered warm white. I found LOADS of helpful information on the Downlights Direct website to help me choose the right product and the most suitable lights. Despatch and delivery was efficient and speedy, and my lights arrived very well packed. The quality was far superior to high street stores and they were very easy to fit. I will be buying from Dowlights Direct again and would certainly recommend them.

I ordered and paid in advance. The company then emailed me telling me the lights were not in stock.....but had the wrong lights on their invoice. The next day I was emailed saying the rest of the order was not in stock!! There are far more professional outfits on line,

I was looking to replace old GU10 type halogen downlights and Downlights Direct had Inceptor Max available which appeared a quality manufactured option. Although not in stock when ordered they were dispatched quickly when available and all arrived satisfactorily. The Inceptor's are a well made product and provide excellent light levels as a replacement for the tungsten type.
