I E-mailed the company before 9.00a.m in search of downlighters. I had a response before lunchtime directing me to an ideal product and I placed the order the same day. The goods were with me two days later. Matt was very helpful and I would not hesitate in using the company again.

Couldn't recommend highly enough - we had a couple of queries on some lights that were answered extremely promptly and we were kept totally up to date about delivery times. After a bit of internet searching found this website. Easily found the replacement tube I needed and bought. Very quick delivery too. I would definitely use again and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a problem, not the fault of of Downlights direct, but once identified, it was resolved very quickly. Full marks.

Had a quick response when placed my order which confirmed my purchase and provided me with an order number. The goods arrived quick considering it was over Christmas. However when I opened up the packaging one of the items I had purchased was broken. This was on Saturday morning and I have sent an email informing them of this. So I await to see how they deal with this issue. I would consider using their services again.

Product is as described and at a great price, although some parts of the website are out of date or difficult to find (e.g. delivery policy says order by 3pm for next day delivery, but when I ordered at 1pm I was told I missed the cut off.... have asked for a refund of the delivery fee but haven't heard anything).

I have now ordered all 39 downlight fittings and a roll of LED stip light with a transformer for my house using downlights direct all at seperate times. It has been a pleasure everytime. The website is easy to use and very clear on what parts are needed or compatable for each light. Delivery has been quick and well packaged and the items are of a great quality.

Delivered on time without issues.

All now fitted, one unit was faulty which was returned and replaced promptly. Excellent lights and straightforward to fit.
