Had originally a boiler install booked through British Gas. Saw Iheat online and thought I would get a quote. Not only was it £1000 cheaper than British Gas for the exact same boiler, they said they could install next day. I would have to wait a further two weeks for BG. Kept well informed and the installer was very good. So glad I changed my mind!

While iHeat promises to sell & install combi boilers at perhaps one of the most reasonable costs, but the entire engagement with them is quite harrowing and frustrating. Upon initiating the purchase, I was asked to upload photos of the existing boiler and despite sharing all the details throughout the day, their engineers were simply unable to understand how the flue pipe runs, and at the end of day they came back insisting on a site survey to be done before they even consider installing the boiler. This was such a waste of my time and if you are in a rush to get a boiler installed in your house and you don't want any hidden or additional costs getting added to an already expensive affair, then please avoid iHeat. Their claims (as mentioned in their website) of getting boiler installation done quickly is just not true, they will stall things by asking multiple questions, adding prerequisites and what not. There are much better and far more efficient options available online for purchasing and installing boilers and iHeat desperately falls short of meeting customer expectations. Simply avoid them!

I found the website very easy to follow and am pleased with the price and with the service I received online, during and after the installation. The ordering process was extremely easy and the engineers that came to fit the boiler were on time, courteous and very professional. The whole process took less than a week. I would definitely recommend iHeat to others.

My boiler had given up the ghost and having been let down by another company I contacted iHeat out of desperation and they were able to supply and fit the model I required within 2 days! Steve the engineer contacted me to say he would be with me at 8.00 am and unusually for a tradesman he was actually 5 minutes early. He was cheerful and a real gentleman who got on with the job and although I thought it would take all day he was finished by lunchtime. The area was spotless when he'd finished and he patiently explained to two dim pensioners the workings of the boiler and wireless thermostat. He even told us to phone him if we had any problems. Great service!

Pathetic!!! Engineer supposed to arrive today to install the boiler and had never shown up, my partner had to chase to find out where is the engineer! I guess it’s because Valentine’s was yesterday! I had to wake up early after night shit and wait for the person to arrive, waste my weekend for this! and company do not even have a respect for it’s customers to give a call and let people know that no one it’s coming!! Wow !! Unbelievable! If you need unreliable service I guess that’s for you!! No boiler and waisted weekend!!! To add: we do understand that sometimes things happens and when we called the office we where never told that engineer didn’t arrived because he broke down on the way to ours, normally i would expect that engineers are provided with such information like home address persons name and a phone number, and we would of been happy to reschedule knowing he’s broken down if he would of called us.

We took a while to decide whether or not to go ahead with purchasing a boiler because we had never met anyone in person and was arranged completely online. But we needn't have worried. We were very pleased with the plumber (Steve) who arrived early and did a great job. The house is finally warm again and not struggling with hot water anymore. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work that was done and there always seems to be someone at the other end of the phone for any concerns that we had. My only wish is that we did it sooner so we could have enjoyed the heat for longer this winter.

We needed a new boiler installed at our house, iHeat gave a very competitive quote and had great availability. Sorting out the installation date was very simple and they were able to accommodate my requested date. The engineer they sent out was very polite and punctual. The installation was carried out in excellent time and my house was left clean and tidy.

5* Really cannot fault iHeat! Best price I could find and great warranty! They use a photo assessment rather then having video and physical assessments of my property. iHeat has a great photo assessment where you can take the photos they require in your own time and not having to wait around in the day for someone to come around and have a look. Rapid choice of date so could get my boiler issue rectified quickly and on a date of my choosing. Marcos the engineer was brilliant and absolute honour to the company, he was so polite and helpful when we asked questions. The engineer was very clean and tidy even when we told him we’d clean up any mess he was there with the dust pan and brush already sorting it. As we have a baby he would let us know when any noise would be made even thought it doesn’t bother him and that was a great thing if we had a poorly child. If I had to recommend I would tell anyone not to compare and just go for it as you cannot beat iHeat!

Really helpful and friendly. Installer was very nice and professional. Small annoyance of being told they would attend between 7:30 - 9:30 but then got told on the day it would be 11am.

Awesome, from first call to the last, even though I had complications with shower pumps and boiler types etc, the team seemed more proactive/passionate than me about solving them.

This is one of the best companies I’ve used. Straight forward process and super fast install. The engineer (Jonny) was highly skilled and professional. He managed to changed my old back boiler to new combi in new location upstairs in one day. Still can’t get around how he did all that work in one day 👌👌👌. Top notch work. Would give 6 stars 🌟 if I could. Would highly recommend!
