One phone call and the next day I had a new boiler installed at a very reasonable price, cannot fault any part of the transaction. Moving house soon so i will know where to go if I need another new boiler.

Danny was fantastic from start to finish! We ordered on Tuesday eve & by Thursday lunchtime we were up and running with a very warm & almost silent boiler! Not only did he provide excellent customer service, answered my millions of questions & been very informative about my new boiler, he left the place absolutely spotless!! Would highly recommend & would definitely use this service again if I needed to. 10/10 from me!

I heat is the best they did 2 new boilers for 2 flats. The service was amazing from the time you call the head office and all the staff they are so professional kind and excellent. I can’t recommend them enough. I have few more boilers to install and they are mine go to company. Honestly it was one of the tenants who found there details and I have not looked back. We had a lovely experience with iHeat. From placing the order to the installation was only a matter of days and they kept us updated all the way. The engineer was really good and left no mess behind. We are really happy with our new boiler and also with the 10 year warranty which made us choose iHeat in the first place. I have already recommended them to friends and family.

The cost was a lot less than the company I had used previously, installation was slick, Paul and his colleague were very professional and cleaned up.

Dan the installer was excellent, he had problems draining down, removing the cupboard, refilling and air locks but worked late to get it all working and make sure we had heating. Top man.

Excellent service

Excellent company to deal with. We had a 'regular' boiler but wanted to change to a combi boiler. Initially, we thought there may be too much faff associated with such a change, however, when we contacted iHeat, their responses were professional, courteous and quite obviously customer orientated. They fully explained the process involved and allayed any concerns we had about making such a change. We placed our order on the 29th November and the new boiler was fully installed (& working!) on 4th December. The installation took 1-day & the installers were professional & sympathetic to our property when carrying out the works required. I have absolutely NO HESITATION in recommending iHeat to anyone looking for a new/replacement boiler.
