Had a new boiler installed. Told exactly what requirements we needed for the size of our house. Fitters we're very polite and very neat and tidy . customer. services was excellent. Help me on everything I needed to know.

The reason I have only given 4 stars is due to a hitch in the system on selecting a date for the new boiler to be installed. Apart from that the service I received was first class.

An altogether excellent service from my initial contact to post fitting contact. The website is easy to browse an simple to order your requirements. The advice given is informative and clear. We ordered the boiler online Sunday and it was fitted and running Tuesday at 5pm. Liam the plumber was very polite with witty quips :-), gave us a tutorial of how to use the boiler and left the area clean and tidy. Many many thanks to I-heat for a friendly, informative, speedy and warm service.

Plesently suprised! Was abit nervous using a one stop shop as the prices where considerable cheaper than we had been quoted by independent fitters. Needent have been nervous , had a few extra questions regarding flue position but the call centre asked for extra photos and updated quote was around £50 extra I think. Booked a day was shocked how quickly they could come . fitter turned up on time was polite friendly and professional , offered to lay dust sheets etc kept us informed as to what was happening at all times and kept mostly clean . Obviously working to a price and timescale but very happy with the job completed and the house is noticeably warmer after , only small quip would be pipework could have been trimmed abit closer when removing tank but appreciate these guys are on a time constraint and to a tight price , Would 100% recommend Thankyou

The whole package from start to finish was amazing and easy. I loved being able to speak to a human,a friendly,knowledgeable lady,on the phone,not a robot. We chose a Worcester bosch boiler and it was fitted by a very professional Josh. We were emailed our 10 year warranty and iheat will contact us yearly to remind us of importance of annual service. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

The customer service representative was really good , she explained the available financial options clearly, then i had bought the boiler i required, i was confused which boiler to buy as there were soo many options available across diffrent websites. However i tought i heat is better than other companies. Even the installer/ gas engineer has said they are reasonable or better priced than others. After the installation they have emailed me the gas safety certificate which is very professional… thank you

well today we was meant to be having combi fitted we got in contact on sunday for quote gave all details when asked about the job sent photos then paid deposit as instructed then today 2 lads turned up in a car to fit my boiler asked where was having it fitted told them loft as stated only for them to ask if got a torch as they van had broke down and did not have one anyway supplied them each with a torch they went up into my loft and come back down saying cant fit as loft not boarded out no fitted light and no fixed stairs so we had to contact head office which was not the easiest thing to do anyone phoned me back to say could not do due to problems stated by work men as would void warranty when told i had given all info also sent pictures why was deposit and job taken on lady on phone said yes understand we should have asked but if we pay more can fit elsewhere ??? my wife took day off work and wanted us to pay more for there mistake really could not care less just said 2 options pay more or get refund which takes around a week to get back so now left with no heating no hot water and no funds in my bank to get heating sorted my honest view on this company is not the best i run my own diy shop and would not speak to customers or treat them like this i for one would have stood to difference in cost due to it not been customers fault not asking if loft was fully boarded lights in place also stairs even when viewed pictures of loft boiler outside of house showing floo and gas meter said was ok and took payment if its health and safety then not a problem but ask questions properly and make sure pictures they ask for are right before wasting folks time costing them in lost wages and leaving them with no heating for over a week now but i value my customers and business name

Ordered at 2200 on a Monday evening and boiler fitted on the Thursday. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend.

Honestly the process was so smooth that I started to suspect it was a scam, it went without a hitch from the online ordering process to the actual installation - absolutely faultless. I ordered at 9pm on Monday and by Wednesday afternoon the new boiler was heating the house! I haven't had service like this in a long time, it was a welcome change. And just in case you think I'm a bot....potato 🤪
