Could not fault IHEAT really I wanted to support a local company, their customer services team are excellent and the install went smoothly. The price for a like for like boiler was over £2k cheaper than the leading monopoly holder

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH. PLEASE AVOID. THEY CANNOT INSTALL A BASIC BOILER AND HAVE RIDICULOUS REASONS. THEIR ENGINEERS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND USELESS. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I cant stress enough that people should avoid this company. They have caused me so much stress due to their lack of basic knowledge. They have no experience of small flats. They asked for images no one human can take. My flue position and current boiler is perfectly placed. They expressed any boiler they placed would need to be extenal. I have it on good authority thats rubbish. Luckily another company can EASILY fit a boiler. AVOID these useless engineers. ZERO stars

Iheat were friendly, polite & professional when they called to confirm the order details and to advise exactly when the engineer would install the new boiler and what to expect. The engineer arrived exactly when expected and although a minor problem had to be resolved before the boiler could be installed he was very helpful and polite. He did the job efficiently with minimal disruption and worked as tidily and cleanly as possible.

It’s hard to believe just how straightforward the whole process was! From initially obtaining a quote, to completion, everything went smoothly. The fitters were clean, tidy, communicated throughout and spent time going through the operation of the new boiler. The price was exceptional given the service received, and came in hundreds of pounds lower than the local plumbers that quoted. I would, and have, recommend Iheat to others.

IHeat provided a fast and efficient service while looking to replace my boiler. The process of ordering and arranging the installation was easy to navigate on their website and and apart from having to arrange my own scaffolding the installation went as planned and without any issues. The engineer arrived on time and continued working until the installation was complete leaving no mess.

Easy, and smooth installation with no hassle and no stress. Got a text message when the engineer was on his way, arrived at a good time, very professional. The engineer put wrapping down on the carpet so not to make a mess. Installation took around 2 hours and everything was fully explained. No issues experienced at all, highly recommend the company and warranty was registered for me, from the start everything was easy.

Really easy process, was booked on the Wednesday and by Friday our very professional and helpful engineer was with us fitting our new boiler. Couldn't recommend Iheat enough. Very reasonable and excellent warranty features. As for the installation we were updated at every stage and even had a call from the engineer the evening before to let us know a time. When he arrived on the day he was very polite and made sure everything in the work area was protected even took extra measures for our oak flooring, left a very clean and professional looking job once all was completed and gave us a very thorough and helpful run through when he was all done.

Applied for a new boiler to be fitted quite late on a Friday evening. The whole job was completed by the time I got back from work the following Tuesday. Everything was done to perfection. The installer was professional and left the place cleaner than it was when he arrived. I would recommend very highly
