Great service! Very happy

Well I was very panicked at first when my boiler just gave up I worried about being able to bath my daughter and not getting it sorted quickly. But iheat were very quick and efficient with helping me out. They kept me informed right throughout. The engineer was professional and quick and I was happy to give good feedback when I had a call following up after the installation!

BEWARE Don’t trust this company absolutely Rubbish company they will ripe you off - once you agree the quote they will find unnecessary extra work for you to do and charge you extra money just to make them extra profit.

Really impressed by the friendly and professional service from Iheat. There were a few issues with suppliers, but the team at iheat dealt with it really well and went out of their way to make sure our installation went ahead. Really good service and really good price.

iHeat are worthy of six stars. The price point was spot on, the customer service the best I have ever encountered and the engineer appointed did a fantastic job. We just moved home and found the very old boiler wouldn't switch on or light. I done some searches online to get a quote for a combi gas boiler; i found the iheat website to be really good and responsive. After putting through a quote a member of their team called me and answered some questions, a couple of hours later we booked and paid for the new boiler to be fitted. The engineer was due to visit on the Thursday but the boiler hadnt arrived so it was rearranged for Friday. On the day the engineer was great, he needed to return on the Saturday to finish off some electrical work which was fine. Iheat registered the 11 year warranty for me. Overall it's been a brilliant experience, the staff have all been lovely, the price was fantastic and we've got an efficient new boiler! Highly recommend iheat.

Great experience with iHeat. All I needed to do was open doors for engineer who changed it same day. Engineer add pressure flute I didn't had in my old boiler, before he left explained everything and tidied up. Perfect service iHeat also registered my boiler I am so impressed and feel safe now, thank you

Had an issue with installation date but everything else was great, price was very good and even with an issue with the installation dating moving forward a day it was still quicker than most ( more expensive ) firms offering the same combi boiler. Overall a good experience.

Totally delighted with Iheat. Best price by far. The boiler installer, Elton, was amazing. Nothing was a problem. He had a flue to replace which wasn’t easy yet he made nothing of it. He finished the installation early afternoon and left everything working properly. Would highly recommend Iheat.

Everything went smoothly. Fitters arrived on time they were quick ( the whole job only took about 4 hours) and efficient and left everything clean and tidy. Couldn't ask for more.

Ordered a Vaillant Ecofit Pure online late on a Sunday night requesting a fitting date of Tuesday. I was sceptical that it would be done that quickly but when using iHeat’s online chat facility early afternoon on the Monday I was told a gas engineer had been sourced and I would get a call later in the day. Around 4 o’clock iHeat called and gave me the name of the engineer and said he’d be with me between 7.30 and 9.30 the next day. Sure enough, he turned up at 09.15 with a colleague. It was a straightforward boiler replacement and the job was completed by 11.30. Everything was left tidy, the old boiler was taken away and the engineer took a few minutes to explain the controls on the new boiler and thermostat. Very happy with the service and the price.

The iHeat staff member I spoke to had excellent product knowledge, wasn't pushy and applied the maximum discount available as a new customer. The installer communicated well about meeting me at the property and did a professional and neat installation. Would use again.

This was the easiest way to get a boiler at a competitive price. I purchased a well-known boiler and was fully fitted within days of buying and also working within a few hours of being fitted. We went for the extra flush can't say how effective this was as we were upgrading the boiler anyway making it hard to know what has helped.
