I had never heard of iHeat before so when we decided to replace our standard boiler to a Combi I searched best options. I was going to contact our local firm that comes to service the original boiler but I know just for that you would have to wait some time. After reading other various reviews about iHeat we decided to go with them. Faultless from beginning to end. Just went on the website and had instant quote after answering a few simple questions and you had lots of boilers to choose from. Just choose the right one for you and then choose your installation date. Most can be done for next day if required. It’s that easy! I didn’t need to choose next day but choose the best day for me and everything went just as planned. We had 2 engineers arrive on time and they went through everything that they were going to do. I expected it to take 2 days reading about what needs to be done to change to a Combi but it was all done in one day. I was so pleased as I had taken holiday to stay at home but could go back the next day instead of wasting my holiday. The engineers worked tirelessly and cleared everything. They were friendly and helpful and showed me how everything worked before they left. I was contact the day after the installation by iHeat, a lovely lady called Natalie ( I think) who wanted to know how everything went and how we were finding the new boiler. She explained about the boiler had been registered and to look out for emails containing the certificate. The boiler has been in nearly a week and we can’t believe what a difference it has made. We are so pleased we took the plunge and decided it was time to get the Combi boiler. Also I asked if they service the boilers and yes they do. Same again from next day if required and iHeat also send you an email to remind you that the service is due. I cannot recommend iHeat enough. The website is so simple to use and you get exactly what you order, when you want it by friendly, helpful people who care. Thank you to all at iHeat making the whole experience the best it could be.

Contacted the company and arrange a new boiler to be installed. All done within a few days. The attending engineer was excellent. He called the day before he arrive to introduce himself and advised on his timing to visit and install the new boiler. On the day, perfect service and no mess. Very happy with the outcome and now we have a full new working boiler installed. Top class service from both the company and the engineer.
