United Kingdom | 14 January 2025I ordered the boiler on line following iHeat's specification recommendation, I was contacted soon after placing the order letting me know the time and date of installation. The engineer called 30 mins before arriving, the installation was smooth and clean. I Heat followed up a couple of times checking all was ok, they also took care of the paperwork and registered the warranty...I have to say it was a great hassle free service thank you.

United Kingdom | 14 January 2025My boiler stopped working and temperatures were -1 so I started looking for a new boiler. After a lot of searching I found Iheat could fit one the next day and were also the cheapest. Ordering was easy and communication was great. I was informed of the time of fitting and who would be fitting my boiler. My fitter Daniel was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and did a great job removing and fitting my new boiler. Daniel made sure it was all working properly and showed me how to use the new boiler. Mess was minimal and my place was left clean and tidy. IHeat even register your warranty for you. I would highly recommend Iheat. I will now be using them to service my new boiler yearly.

Contacted iHeat on 2nd Jan and arranged for boiler replacement on 3rd Jan.Unfortuanately engineer reported sick that day so another engineer appointed and worked all Sat.4th for successfull installation. Well done iHeat!

Glenn who came to fit our boiler was on time and professional and fast! And left no mess and explained how to use the boiler, perfect timing for the cold January weather! 10/10

United Kingdom | 13 January 2025I ordered a boiler from iHeat but ultimately had to cancel due to several issues: a price increase and their inability to install the thermostat I preferred. On their website, a review of the Worcester 8000 highlights that the Worcester Bosch EasyControl is significantly better than Hive. If you search for "iHeat review Worcester 8000," at 3 minutes 45 seconds, the reviewer clearly explains why EasyControl is superior. However, iHeat insisted they could only install Hive. When I raised this with them, their solution was to install the Hive, then have me purchase and arrange for someone else to install the EasyControl later—essentially making me pay twice. Additionally, my existing boiler was floor-mounted, while the new one was wall-mounted and smaller, easily fitting the same space, so not an issue at all really and the site doesn't ask if it's wall-mounted of floor-mounted. Yet, they classified this as a "room change" and added an extra £200 to the cost. I also provided details about the flue during the quotation process, explaining that it ran through the attic and out onto the roof, so they knew this was the case. Despite this, after taking my payment and confirming the order, they demanded scaffolding and said I would need to arrange and pay for it myself. They didn't mention scaffolding when they took the money, they need to include this in the quotation to avoid time wasting and nasty surprises. Frustrated, I turned to a local engineer who completed the job efficiently, without any of these unnecessary complications, and at a lower price.

Holly was extremely helpful and was able to answer all of my questions and facilitated a quick and smooth installation. It only took 2 days from order placement to full installation. On the day the installation team were quick, polite and efficient and cleared up when they were finished. I would recommend iHeat to anyone who is not sure of their next step in having a new boiler.

The whole process from start to finish was smooth, we were kept in the loop with everything leading up to the fitting. Price was better than many others, easy straight forward online ordering with staff to answer as many questions as we asked. Lee Dillon the fitter was outstanding 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ he was clean, prompt, knowledgable and extremely professional. We are now lovely and warm during these freezing temperatures 🥶 we highly recommend. United Kingdom | 10 January 2025Very positive experience. Needed a new boiler quickly and decided on a swap to combi from system. Did a bit of research into the requirements power wise for my 11 radiators and the ones suggested in the questionnaire confirmed my findings. Went with a worcester and 10 year warranty. A little concerned I'd paid a few grand to get no guaranteed timeslot but needn't have worried. Got a call to say my engineer would be with me next day. New boiler installed and all work tidy. A few weeks on and all is good. Nice not having to worry about a bursting tank in the loft and I've a nice space where the cylinder was in the airing cupboard. Went with the Hive thermostat and hub which is a revelation if you're used to and old school timer. My house in also hotter than it was, although I never felt the old boiler was really up to the job. The boiler was registered quickly too. Had a follow up call to check everything was ok with the install.

United Kingdom | 10 January 2025I would have liked to give a better review. Short version: after the installation I have a boiler and heating system which half works but takes forever to heat up. My old boiler and system was actually better, so if you have a traditional heating system (not a combi) think carefully before you use iHeat. More detail is below. The good: The process of selecting a boiler was easy, the website was easy to use, the boiler price was competitive and the add on options seemed fairly priced. I booked a next day appointment and the engineer turned up as planned. All pretty good so far. The Bad: my heating system didn't work after the installation and the installer left without getting it to work. I rang Iheat for support and they immediately passed me over to the boiler manufacturer rather that getting a plumber to come back. Vaillant were great (recommended as a brand) and came out fast to check over the boiler. I managed to get things working before they arrived (by spending 2-days bleeding the system) so they were able to tell me the issue was a restriction on my system. That's fair enough, my problem, but they said the installer should have stayed to resolve the problem or arranged to come back and complete further work do my heating was working. Due to the way iHeat are setup (subcontract work to local installers) this didn't happen and the local installer obviously didn't care. I've since spoken with IHeat again and they're not remotely interested in helping me with this, pointing me at 'any local plumber'. This is a shame, because if they have a network of approved and trusted plumbers in place, surely it would be a good thing to do to get one of them to come and quote for the work. I'd be happy to pay. Now I need to start the process of trying to find a trustworthy plumber again.

My only grumble is that the initial order acknowledgement was delayed so we weren't sure what was happening, but a quick call to customer service solved that.
