IHeat were great from the start, not pushy in any way which is a welcome change. I had quotes from 2 local companies and multiple online companies. Online companies were all a similar price but the local companies were a lot more expensive. After checking reviews of all the online companies it was the scale of positive reviews that made me choose Iheat. The purchase process was quick and easy and the following day we got confirmation of requested install date. On the day of install our local engineer came and fitted on the same day, removing all rubbish and explaining everything in detail including how to use the Hive app on the phone. We went from a system boiler to a combi boiler so there was a lot of removal work to be done with the Tank, header tank and shower pump but Ben was professional throughout and very tidy. They even process the warranty of the boiler for you automatically and email all details through as well as follow up messages when the boiler is due a service to keep up on the warranty. I would definitely recommend IHeat and they certainly warrant the 5 star Trustpilot rating they have.

Really good from start to finish. Easy to use website with a few simple questions which then give you suitable options. When looking through the options available one of the team called to offer some assistance which was very useful. They was able to come out and fit a new boiler the following day. The engineer who came to install was friendly and did a good job. Iheat arranged for the warranty to arranged on my behalf. Well done

iHeat online purchase and customers service were all smooth and no fuss. Happy with the service and highly recommend them :) Both engineers that came to install the boiler were very nice and friendly. Called before hand to let me know when they are arriving. Once at the property and evaluate the old boiler, gas meter and flue where, told how long will take and by 2pm the latest the boiler was installed, up and running. One of them even aired the radiators :). They tidy after themselves and left me with instruction and what to do with the Hive thermostat. Happy customer here :)

The quote was the best I received for the boiler I wanted. The process was was so easy and Holly in the office superb, communication was great.The engineer (Jarod) was absolutely brilliant. Arrived on time explained the process and kept us informed all the way through. He was clean, tidy, efficient and did an absolutely brilliant job right down to remedial work on the outside where the old flue was. I can't praise Jarod, Holly or I Heat highly enough. What superb people to deal with. PS The house is really toastie now.

Lovely customer service right from the initial call. Boiler fitter talked me through everything and made sure I was happy step by step. I changed from a regular boiler to a combi and the fitter worked extremely hard the full day! All done with care and consideration. So happy with my new boiler!

I was let down by a large well known boiler and gas supplier and I was i need urgent need of a new boiler But I went to Iheat and they more than happy to accommodate and were able to process my order and had my new boiler fitted within 48 hours. It was very easy to book the installation of a combo boiler . Paid the whole amount . They started the drama. A gas engineer calls arranges a visit then asks us to try another ok iboiler . He cancels the appointment. I paid again extra for the boiler suggested by the 1st installer . I contacted I heat the lady organised another installer . Who installed the boiler over two days . He said he need to cheek each and every boiler he needs to take the air out , which he did not. Our tenants had to buy a radiator as the 2nd floor has no heating . I am not very impressed in fact very unhappy with the unprofessionalism

The iheat team made the process of buying and installation of new boiler very stress-free. They responded to chat very quickly and promptly on their website. I was able to choose a convenient date for installation. The installer did a good job and cleaned up afterwards including the old boiler. They also registered the warranty for us. They also called after installation to check if everything was ok. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

The install was by Mark and he did a great job of replacing our boiler and flue. He was friendly, polite, and respectful of our property. He explained the work that was required and was very knowledgeable. All work was completed neatly and within the quick timescale that we needed.
