Daniel did a briliant job with our boiler installation. We initially had doubts about finding a reputable company to do this for us on short notice, but iHeat dismissed any doubts we had. Daniel was polite and answered all the questions we had asked and we were kept informed throughout the whole process. He also cleaned up all the mess afterwards which we're very happy with.

The pipes would have been all over the places as the alpha boiler has a different pipe arrangement to most other boilers. He made a neat configuration. Five star service.

Great service. Polite engineer and cleaned up afterwards. I tried my luck and booked on a Monday lunchtime to have the boiler installed the next day and they did. They also follow up a week or 2 later to check everything is OK. Plus they sort out the warranty for you
