Ordered goods and got immidiate confirmation and t&c's to sign. Phoned on day of expected delivery. Could not get an answer, waited all day for delivery company to arrive, eventually they phoned late in the day to say they would be an hour, at the time it felt like a wasted day. We live in an age where delivery is normally spot on, not really understanding how heavy these pavers are and the kind of delivery truck needed, driver explained the process of loading and offloading.. have a new appreciation for this kind of service.Happy overall

The paving I wanted was 'available' when I ordered - but after paying, I got an email saying they were out of stock. I was given alternatives, which I went for, but still felt slightly annoyed in having to pay a little extra for a product that was not my first choice. I will say however, I am happy with the replacement and would probably use them again because their customer service good and I ultimately was satisfied

The delivery company kept delaying their arrival, we are not waiting for an Amazon box, we needed the man power for this. So this was our frustration, but when the flags did arrive the driver was friendly and helpful.Really pleaeed with the product and the price was decent

We needed bullnose steps for our backyard and found exactly what we needed at Paving Superstore. Ordering was easy, though delivery scheduling took some extra effort. Still, it was worth it- the steps arrived in great condition, fairly priced, and perfect for our summer-ready yard!

Had a really good experience getting my block paving. I had to change the delivery date at late notice, and the guy at Paving was really helpful. The driver that delivered was also really friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Hassle free ordering process. Delivered in a few days. Only one broken slat out of 120 square metres. Perfect porcelain tiles non slippy which was my main concern.

Rope edging was a very good price, delivery was included and arrived quickly. Four pieces were slightly damaged-Paving superstore asked for proof of the damage, which I then sent photos by emails, and they were replaced within 5 days which I think is a fair time. Ordering was easy and the paving arrived in a few days on a pallet so all was in good order (no breakages). The delivery driver was courteous and placed the pallet in a convenient place. However apart from the confirmation email, which stated delivery is usually 2-4 working days, their was no other communication until the driver arrived and he phoned to say he was outside of the property. It would have been useful to have had an email informing me the day of delivery, and ideally a time slot.
