Absolute scoundrels. AVOID AT ALL COST. Bought slabs for a late summer project to surprise my Mrs after having undergone deep brain surgery so she could enjoy sitting out in the garden. Foolishly I chose these bandits. As I write this review October 31st NO REFUND and now not replying to my emails. Nothing got delivered. They issued a refund in writing weeks ago but ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BACK. Had to report them to PayPal. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. You won't get nothing.... materials or money. Its a ltd company so wouldn't surprise me they go under all of a sudden then rise again like the scumbag company directors used to do in the 70's. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Do not order from this company. We are a landscaping firm that required paving quickly to complete a project. Website stated the product was in stock and would take 5 days. Paid £1300 and had to chase for any news on delivery. Received the same response as everyone else. “I'm very sorry we still don't have a delivery update as yet. Hopefully we may have a delivery update for you by the end of next week.” After finding the paving elsewhere and receiving in less than 5 days, I cancelled the order. “Thank you for your request. I have cancelled your order and sent it to accounts to process the refund. Refund can take up to 14 days to process, although accounts try to get them processed quicker, and then the banking systems usually takes 3-5 working days.” We are still waiting for our refund. Apparently their card systems have been updated and they can’t possibly override the system. Therefore you are advised to contact your bank and make a claim. It’s all a load of nonsense, customer service is terrible. Clearly a company struggling and taking customers money with no intention of processing the actual order.

Simply put, this is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with! I made a purchase after checking they had stock of an item. It turns out they didn't have it and the last month has been a battle trying to get them to give me a refund! You email, they don't reply, you call them, they promise a call back but no one ever does (even the director), they give you the wrong information and now the only person in accounts and both the managing directors are "sick" so no one is around to resolve my complaint. Absolutely shambolic.

Shocking service. My order was apparently in stock, but after 4 weeks they weren't able to deliver. No real explanation given and they were unable to confirm a delivery date. I ended up cancelling the order and reordering from a more reliable source.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, very possibly a scam or a company going bust, neither of which you want to be buying from. Like so many others I had the misfortune of being fooled by the quality website and sales people and ordered £1200 of paving slabs etc that were supposedly in stock with a delivery of 7 to 10 days, suffice to say a month later and no slabs and lots of logistics excuses when I read the reviews and realised this seems to be the norm, I cancelled the order without issue and awaited the refund, waited the 14 days they state, no refund arrived, chased several times and told accounts would contact me, which they never did, so had to file a dispute with PayPal, few days later a refund was authorized and told it could take 5 working days to clear, 5 days past and still not cleared, chased PayPal and was informed they had issued refund via Echeque which can take 7 to 10 working days!! After about 8 days the refund finally cleared and another few days later it was finally back in my bank, so in the end it took a month to get the refund after cancelling the order and delayed my project 2 months in total and that seems to be quick by what others have been through. Wish I had read the reviews first before purchasing, lesson learned and always read the company reviews before buying now, which I normally do anyway but was fooled into thinking this was a reputable company. Don't be fooled yourself and stay well clear!!

I struggle to believe the happy customer reviews on this page are from genuine customers. My paving slab has been a nightmare of a purchase. One month on, and I am the best part of £1000 down, and no sight of a delivery date. 7-10 working days for delivery was a fantasy, as far as I can see. Avoid.

Terrible experience.Please do not order here we have been waiting two weeks for a delivery but no email confirmation nothing.This company are scammers they won’t even get back to you about a refund we have had to go through our bank as other reviews suggest to get a refund.Ben in accounts won’t get back to you despite numerous emails and telephone calls please do not order here and have to go through what we have.Shop elsewhere I wish we had read the reviews before paving superstore will take your money and not even explain why they can’t provide what you have ordered or give you a refund it’s a scam….. Edit to response you are lying we had to reclaim the money back through the bank as Ben is useless tried 5/6 times to get hold of him we had no response or a receipt for the actual payment just took the money and ignored us for weeks which coincides with your other negative reviews customers experiencing the same treatment.How you have the cheek to reply to these reviews and make out your not a scam company is laughable.AVOID Shameless company….

4 weeks waiting for paving order, it never came and no-one could tell me when it would be sent. Lots of old flannel about the delivery company being to blame but none of it sounded true. All stinks to high heaven. Contacted card company to get money back. Re ordered elsewhere.

Initially the service was brilliant and really easy to order and chat online getting info that we needed. However after we had placed our order, we waited for our delivery... initially it stated 1 week on ordering, then the email confirmation stated 2 weeks... 2 weeks went by and still no delivery then came the hassle, trying to get in contact with someone was a nightmare, finally someone replied online as no one would answer the phone all day and stated there is an issue with deliveries and they cannot say when our order would even arrive. Whilst online I asked our options and was given the option of a full refund due to our order not even being processed, we went ahead with this as everything else was booked in to have the patio laid that next week so we could at least order somewhere else and have them delivered in time. Again we were told 2 weeks for a refund to be processed... we are now on week 3 AND STILL NO REFUND! Again attempting to contact this place is horrendous, no one will answer the phone, I have spoke to someone else online and all they can say is they will send it to accounts who will get in touch... I have still yet to hear from these alleged accounts people so currently out of pocket with no end in sight of getting our money back! Absolutely gutted as the price and paving slabs looked to be brilliant and exactly what we wanted but here we are, I would seriously think twice about ordering with this company as it comes with so much hassle!!

Place an order on the 6th September and still not received one month later. When I contacted them they said “I'm very sorry we still don't have a delivery date as yet. We are working to get orders out as quickly as we can, and as soon as we have an update we will let you know”. This was 9 days ago and still no further update. Website says delivered in 7-10 days, just not good enough. Refund requested.

AVOID — SCAM They are unable to send out orders as they don’t actually have it, then they say they can’t work out how to refund the money because of some excuse with changing a card processor… lies on lies just avoid these clowns and go to “someone else” They have spent more effort on trying to have my review removed then they did in getting my refund back… unlucky

Avoid this company at all cost!!!! I knew they were having delivery issues before I ordered my slabs but as I wasn’t in a rush I thought it won’t be a problem. Surely it won’t take longer than 6 weeks! But it did after constant excuses and B$¥#$*T I organised my own haulage. They were picked up the next day. Some slabs were broken but as you would expect. I’ve now been waiting for over 2 weeks for my delivery refund which seems it will never come! Absolutely joke of a company avoid like the plague

Wish id have read the reviews before buying. I placed an order on 12th July hoping I'd be able to enjoy a patio in my garden this summer.... No such luck. After three weeks of placing the order I'd still not received the goods. I emailed chasingvit up, they said their hauliers had gone bust and they'd have acdelivery update for me hopefully the following week. 2 -3 weeks went by, still no word, chased them again... "Sorry for the delay we will hopefully have an update for you next week"... No update the following week, so I cancelled. It'll take 14 days for accounts to process the refund, then 3-5 days in the banking system. 4 weeks later, nothing.... So i read the reviews... And there's loads of others just like me! I went to my bank and filled in the Consumer Rights Refund claim form, the bank has just paid mycrefund into my account, phew! Maybe next summer i will get to enjoy my garden! Avoid this company.

BEWARE...I'VE HAD A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WITH NO DELIVERY AND NO REFUND WHICH SEEMS TO BE THE NORM! UPDATE It's now 29 September and, surprise, surprise, still no refund. I've been asking if they've processed it but they've ignored all emails...NOT A GOOD SIGN OF ME GETTING MY MONEY BACK ANYTIME SOON! Now kicking myself that I didn't check out their feedback first! PLEASE NOTE: I left previous feedback for this company who didn't like something I said, (strange they can complain to trust pilot so quickly but can't deliver goods or process a refund without substantial delays and excuses! So here's a review with my actual factual experience without opinion and I'll leave you to decide if they're a good company to shop with. I placed an order totaling £824 for paving on 5th September with a 7 to 10-day delivery time. I received a customer service ticket saying I would be contacted within 24 hours. Never was and after waiting was advised by Saleena that they had logistic problems and I would have to wait 14 days. After waiting and hearing nothing I tried to telephone them. Unable to get the right department who didn't answer I got through to their sales team who reminded me that I had gone through to the wrong department. I explained the right department wouldn't answer and was told someone would call me back in the afternoon but they did not. Emailed again and asked for a delivery date and said I would need a refund if they couldn't deliver. Saleena replied saying (and I quote) "As explained on a previous email we have logistic delays at the moment, we are working to get your order out as quickly as possible. As soon as we have a delivery date we will update you. Of course, if you should wish to cancel please just let us know by email and we can of course get that arranged for you". After seeing all the other bad feedback they had received, I decided on a refund and asked that they advise me when the refund was processed and to provide the banking and payment references for the refund. I was told by Saleena (and I quote again) " Thank you for your request. I have canceled your order and sent it to accounts to process the refund. Refund can take up to 14 days to process, although accounts try to get them processed quicker, and then the banking systems usually takes 3-5 working days". Being concerned about the timescale to even process my refund, let alone receive it I asked my cardholder for advice. They told me that LEGALLY THE REFUND MUST BE IN MY ACCOUNT within 15 days. So their assertion that it could take 14 days plus 3-5 days is wrong and not legal. Advised them what my cardholder has said but they've so far not replied. As yet, I've had no refund notification, let alone a refund. In my own online retail business, we process refunds within 24 hours, and with the new faster payments, refunds usually appear in customers' accounts within 2 hours. So I really have trouble understanding why they take up to 14 days to even process a refund, let alone pay it into my account. So now I have my wife complaining that I have no paving for her garden, and no money refunded to my account, and left wondering if and when they may process the substantial amount of money due to me. My only consolation is that I can see from the feedback left by so many other customers that I am not alone in my experience. My advice to Paving Superstore is rather than complaining about feedback you don't like, try giving decent customer service. If you can't start by delivering goods as promised, at least process refunds without delay. Perhaps someone from Paving Superstore can actually reply to this feedback and explain why they need to take up to 14 days plus up to another 5 days to put my money back into my account. REPLY TO Paving Superstores reply: You said all orders that haven't been canceled have been delivered, but then say there are orders that have been delayed...In other words not delivered contradicting what you said! The whole idea of selling is to sell and deliver the goods, not experience lots of canceled orders which seems to be the case here and only leads to a Company gaining a bad reputation, as is clearly the case here...Which more often than not, leads to a company going bust due to lack of income! ALSO...Please keep the facts straight about what my feedback says...I haven't made any premature accusations about the refund, I just quoted what Saleena at your company stated and what my card payment provider has said. That said, I am concerned to see all the other feedback you've had from customers who have waited far longer than 14 days and still haven't had a refund. Doesn't seem to bode well for me does it?. If you really wanted to you could process all refunds within 24 hours but clearly, you would rather continue to upset customers like me by holding onto our money as long as possible.

No way to run an honest business. Yes, I've had the same bad experience as everyone else here recently. Placed an order with 7 to 10 day delivery, I got a customer service ticket saying I'll be contacted in 24hrs about delivery, but wasn't, then no delivery, just excuses from someone called Saleena about so called logistics problems. Told deliveries were taking 14 days but that doesn't happen either. Then they're almost impossible to get on the phone but if you do get through they fob you off, saying someone will call you back about your order, which they don't do. After seeing the recent reviews I asked for more specific information about delivery or a refund if they couldn't give such information. Now waiting for a refund and told it will take 14 days to process then 5 days to reach my account. Suspecting this is a scam I contacted my card payment provider who said they legally have to get the money into, my account within 15 days and they will cover me if they don't. Told Paving s/s what they said but they didn't reply. As the owner of an online business I can say I would rightly expect to be out of business if I acted anything like this company. Their cash flow seems to be reliant on using customers order money as an unofficial interest free overdraft to get them through the month and I suspect there long, long refund time is given in the hope of new orders being placed to cover the refund due to me. Or maybe they hope I'll forget about it so they keep my money. I've emailed them several times asking about my refund but they don't reply. I guess the next thing I'll hear is that they have issues with their card issuer or something along those lines. Seriously, don't use them. I've even had my wife ask if I've been scammed, which I hope is not the case. As you will see from other reviews, I am not alone in my experience, and my advice is STAY AWAY AND BUY FROM ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WILL DELIVER AND VALUES THEIR CUSTOMERS AND REPUTATION because this company clearly doesn't.

Oh dear. How I wish I had read these reviews. I too am experiencing terrible service, no delivery, no information. Nothing. I am having to cancel my order because there's absolutely no indication of when I might receive delivery and I have contractors waiting on the flags. They clearly use a pallet network service, just as I do in my work. So they are without equivocation working a scam because pallet networks offer tracking and well defined deliveryinformation and feedback. I've no idea how my cancellation/refund will work out. I paid by debit card. Update. I'm prepared to admit I was probably rather hasty in my judgment. It was borne out of frustration at the lack of any delivery information. However, I appreciate they were experiencing logistical issues. It has to be noted that their communication has since been absolutely superb; refund paid with no issues whatsoever. So please ignore my original post. Just right place, wrong time and I would not hesitate to try using them in future.
