2.5 months since I placed the order. 18 days since I finally saw through the constant excuses for non delivery and requested a refund. Now I must get Klarna and the credit card company involved. What a waste of time, just cancel the order when the customer asks you to do so. Apparently in paving superstore land Refunds can take up to 14 days to process, although accounts try to get them processed quicker, and then the banking systems usually takes 3-5 working days. What planet do you live on?

Placed an order for patio slabs on 1st Aug, chased constantly as no delivery received. Finally gave up on them and requested a refund on 4th September and still waiting for my money to be refunded. Been told today that refund was issued last week but there is a problem as they had changed card processors and that I should receive refund by middle of next week! Placed an order with a different company and patio slabs received a week later and now laid. Just want my money back!!! Also made the same review on their Facebook and Instagram page and they have blocked me!! In response to your reply: No proof of refund has been received and I have not been advised to contact my card provider. Ben from accounts has said that he would “keep an eye on this and provide a better idea of when it will be processed if he could” I have now contacted my card supplier and they have said as soon as the merchant submits the refund they will post the refund within the next 24 hours so this issue is you not them. With regards to the Facebook posts, it was posted several times as I don’t seem to be getting anywhere in getting my refund which seems to have gotten your attention, but now being blocked doesn’t let your Facebook followers know what an awful experience I, along with others are experiencing with your company! Update - Refund finally received 21 days from when requested!!

Don’t use this company. They won’t send you the items, then they will lie and say they have sent refunds but they never do. They even lie over the phone! Avoid at all costs. Don’t believe the below, I have had no refund!! They gaslight you constantly to extend the time so they cannot be investigated by the bank. This is apparently the manager replying to all the trustpilot comments, he is a liar! Updated to add that the only way I have got my money back is to report it fraudulent with my bank and they have stepped in to investigate. I would advise anyone else in a similar position to do this. The company are an absolute disgusting bunch of liars

AVOID at all costs! I've very rarely left a review for any company however Paving Superstore have to be the worst company I've ever dealt with. Ordered in July and same as other reviews we kept getting pushed back with no delivery dates given, after 6 weeks order was cancelled and promised refund but this hasn't come through either and the just keep giving excuses. AVOID!!!!

Cancelled our order as we could not wait any longer. We were promised a refund within 14 days which is now approx 20 days and we still dont have our money back. Lady on the phone said it has been processed but i have not received it. Awaiting a call from Bruce Read the Director.

I ordered black limestone slabs from Paving Superstore on a 7-10 day lead-time. After 14 days I contacted them to say I hadn't received a delivery date. They said that they had stock but couldn't arrange transport to me (I live in the Midlands, 1m away from the A50). They continued to not be able to provide a delivery date until 5 1/2 weeks after my order date, at which point I asked to cancel and receive a refund. Its difficult to believe a company specialising in selling and delivering heavy materials can't arrange delivery of their products over this time period. In every case I needed to pursue them for an update, as they never provided one proactively. They agreed to a refund but stated it would take up to 14 days processing time plus 5 days bank processing time to issue a refund. In these circumstances (now being uncertain if I'll actually receive a refund) I've needed to go to the hassle of asking my credit card company to pursue a refund from them. I'd very much stay away from them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered porcelain slabs. They weren’t delivered in the time specified. Gave the delay excuse. I cancelled the order with them and was told they would pass to the accounts department to refund me. Nothing. I rang them and later got an email to say my money had been refunded a few days earlier. The refund was never received , despite several phone calls to them enquiring about the refund. Absolute total liars. Money eventually recovered from credit card company.

I've had the same experience as many other people here and it's the same old story....said delivery would be within 2 weeks, constant phone calls, so many excuses, when I pressed them on the issue they claimed their haulage company had gone into administration (at the start of the year!) so they lie from the very beginning taking your money and knowing full well they can't deliver in the timeframe. I'm sure the "logistical problems" are just a lie as well! I don't believe a word that comes out of their mouths.... I finally cancelled my order and after so much time wasted phoning them every day I finally got through to their "accounts" person last week. I'm STILL waiting for a refund. I've just spoken to them again and now he's not answering his phone. Go figure. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I really wish I'd looked at some reviews before going ahead.

Wow nobody order from this company seriously. i ordered - Talasey_Porcelain 'Vitripiazza Bellezza Lite' Riva-PAVING SLABS, 600x600-16mm (28.08sqm) on the 24/6/23 it is now the 10/09/23 and have still not received item. I have been in contact with them four times as you cannot get through to them by phone or even by email. when i finally got through to them all they said was we are sorry for the delays you will be contacted next week to pick your delivery date never heard anything else. They recon it is due to a company going bust they used for delivery's which is complete rubbish as there are many other company's within the uk that could have delivered these item at least within 2 weeks. This company is by far one of the worst i have dealt with might as well just be a scam site.

Placed an order for quarry tiles and paid in full. Called them to get an indication of when they would be delivered and was told 'early next week' and that someone would be in touch to confirm. No call back, so tried again later in the week and was told the same thing. No one called me back so I chased again the following week and spoke to someone who said that we should not have been promised an earlier delivery and we would not be getting our tiles that week and they would call back to confirm when we might actually get our order. No call back (it's like groundhog day this isn't it?) so I emailed them to ask what was going on and I get the same yarn they've been spinning to others for weeks about a haulier going bust. Advised me that I can cancel the order and get a refund. Given the poor customer service, I agreed to the refund. Apparently it will take up to 14 days for their accounts team to process a refund and a further 3-5 days on top of that because of the 'banking system'. Note to Paving Superstore: don't take customers' cash if you can't honour their orders and don't tell fibs about delivery dates. Edit: 3rd of October and no sign of my refund. Edit 2: 15 October and still no refund. Dishonest company to be avoided.

AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. I ORDERED PAVING ON THE 12th JULY SAID 7-10DAYS DELIVERY AFTER 3 WEEKS AND SEVERAL MESSAGES AND PHONE CALLS AND NUMEROUS EXCUSES STILL NO PAVING!!!! ON THE 7th AUGUST I CANCELED THE ORDER AND ASKED FOR A REFUND.THE PROMISED REFUND HAS NEVER ARRIVED. THEY SAID A REFUND HAD BEEN SENT TO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT BUT PAYPAL WERE UNABLE TO GET THE MONEY, SO READ INTO THAT WHAT YOU WILL!!!! I HAVE NOW REFERED THIS TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY.LOOKING AT THE REVIEWS MOST PEOPLE SEEM TO BE IN THE SAME POSITION AS I AM.MAYBE WATCHDOG OR TRADING STANDARDS SHOULD GET INVOLVED AND GET US OUR MONEY BACK. Very bad experience, I made order 23/7 with up to 10 days delivery after two weeks and several calls made and chat conversations I cancelled my order after almost weeks delayed and blamed everyone except them self, i asked for refund 07/08,refund accepted at 11 August and still waiting for money, I orderem from other supplier and I have my order delivered with 3 days and tracking from first day till pallet was left on my driveway, Selena - Paving Superstore help&pavingsuperstore.co.uk 11 August 2023 at 14:07 [#200741] Conversation with Gros Hi, Thank you for your request. Only giving 1 star as the option wasn't there for none! Website states 7-10 days for delivery, after chasing 3 times was told they couldn't give a date for delivery but would definitely be longer than the 10 days max stated. They never contacted me to tell me this, it took me chasing them. Cancelled the order as needed them urgently and am now 15 days into this. Have requested refund on multiple occasions via email and phone. Last update yesterday was that the refund was processed 2 weeks ago, funnily enough speaking with my bank there was absolutely nothing showing their end. Have had to resort to raising a dispute with my bank, luckily I have an email stating they would process a refund which was good enough for my bank to take over and help. Terrible customer services and by reading other reviews they are clearly holding lots of people's money from orders they cannot fulfill! EDIT - 13th September! Despite replying to this review and telling me a refund was processed on 24th August, 3 weeks on I STILL have no money back in my account and have been assured that there is absolutely no problem on my banks end (backed up by receiving other refunds the next day!) Absolute shamble, and the audacity of replying to this with a generic reply knowing full well they still haven't refunded me my money!

Take payment for stock they can't deliver. Website says 7-10 workings days for delivery, after 4 weeks they couldn't even tell me when it would be delivered. I cancelled the order and it then took 2 weeks to refund me the payment.

This "COMPANY" is a SCAM! Had the same experience as many others have mentioned here. Ordered on 18th June with a supposed 2-4 day delivery. Lol. Have been chasing them for 2 months until I eventually got tired of the "we don't have a courier" excuse and asked for a refund. It's now the 3rd of September, more than 2 weeks since I've asked for a refund, and nothing yet. Will refer to the police and trading standards. Classic scam. Avoid at all costs! UPDATE 18th Sept: =============== I never got my refund from them. Even after waiting more than 2 weeks and contacting them twice about it. I had to go to my bank and initiate a complaint against the paving "superstore". Luckily my bank saw all the evidence I provided and side with me and issued the refund within 24hs. My guess is that these guys play the game of stringing you along until the claim period expires, so your bank can't get you a refund anymore (around 2-3 months) Don't get sucked into that, claim back from your bank early! P.S. Went to Travis Perkins to buy the same stone there, delivery within 48hs. Let that be a lesson. Go to a reputable seller. Don't get suckered by the low prices. If it's too good to be true, then it aint...

Avoid!! Don't waste your time and money with this company.delivery time shows up to 10 days I was waiting for my order 3 weeks and still was not shipped so I canceled the order and now waiting over 3 weeks for refund and still not get it. I am start thinking this company is it a scam. Better order somewhere else if you dont want to loose your money.

Have had to reach out to my credit card company in order to secure a refund due to Paving Superstore failing to process it after more than 17 days. Please be wary of all the recent good reviews from newly created accounts with only 1 review. Wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole.

Placed an order on the 15th August, emailed the same evening to cancel my order as found the same product much cheaper elsewhere. Called on the morning of 16th August to avoid the order being processed. Customer service advised they had cancelled my order and I got an email to confirm the same. Last week (21st) I called to chase the status of my cancellation to which I was told it was done "yesterday". I am still yet to receive the refund into my bank, if I don't hear anything within the next 24 hours I will be raising it with my bank. I am currently £401 out of pocket. Starting to think this is a scam, I'd recommend avoiding.
