United Kingdom | 06 December 2023Horrendous company. Delivered chipped tiles. Complained but it wasn’t reported inside 7 days (I couldn’t book anyone to lay them until they were delivered). Had to purchase more to replace the damaged ones. For a whole week their payment system didn’t work. Then having successfully paid over 5 weeks ago I spend hours on the phone every day for them not to answer. Person I was talking to has now left the company. This place is in trouble. Real trouble. DO NOT USE.

Only when pressed they came up with the weakest excuse of 'a technical issue our end, which we are looking in to' and couldn't supply my order, but would I like to wait till more comes? The slabs I ordered were end of line stock, so, no thanks! I pressed for refund, they say this can take up to 14 working days to process then 3-5 days to clear. So many weeks after order, no paving slabs, no refund and its clear from other reviews that others have been given the same treatment. My patience is exhausted, so I'm contacting my credit card company for a refund.

United Kingdom | 04 December 2023Do not use. Paid £884 for paving slabs on 31/10/2023 but because they couldn't provide me with a delivery date, I cancelled ordered and requested a refund. We have been chasing this refund for over a month. False promises by the limited staff who work there. Now going to attempt to claim money back from bank and also contact the Financial Ombudsman for advice and Trading Standards to report this dishonorable company.

Do not use this company, use so many excuses why your delivery hasn’t arrived, why they can’t refund you and that’s when you can get a response. I’ve had to raise a dispute via PayPal after 8 weeks of them promising delivery and a refund. AWFUL COMPANY.

United Kingdom | 27 November 2023AVOID THIS COMPANY. We have made a payment, and the goods never delivered. The refund is not given back to us still, it is after 14 days of contract. Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Time is essential, and we are also raising an official complaint to Trading Standards. The owners are not responsive.

United Kingdom | 27 November 2023Would not touch this firm with a ten-foot barge pole! Block paving was ordered, delivery date set and paid for through an order from the website. I then had no further correspondence regarding the delivery. Thinking this irregular I then followed up on what was happening with my order and was told there was no delivery slot available and to wait to hear from the transport team. 2 weeks later and no communication from said department. Another conversation with support only to be told to either wait for transport (again) or be refunded. I chose the latter and I am now being told (after yet another support call) that it could take up to 14 days for them to refund me my money. I must say it's been years since I have been given the runaround like this! What an incredibly frustrating experience!

After 10 days and repeat calls with no answers, and promises of call backs not fulfilled, I cancelled the order and was promised a refund in 3-5 working days. That time has passed and no refund, just logged issue with Paypal. Something is seriously wrong with this company.

United Kingdom | 16 November 2023AVOID THIS COMPANY!, REVIEWS ARE TRUE! We don't usually write reviews, BUT on this occasion the need is a MUST as we also have been scammed! We ordered over £2k of slabs in September only to be told when I phoned them in October that we are needing the slabs delivered last week of Oct. They said they are having issues with transport, issues with the system, issues with this and that... They later said we can a refund on the day my workers were arriving to do the job......! No apology, nothing, The director did not call me back when I asked for one. I emailed and called numerous times with NO satisfaction from them whatsoever! I finally spoke to Bruce (director) only to be told accounts are looking into it, one week later nothing, Later got a reply from him saying to get a refund from either Paypal or from my bank! Simply awful service to say the least. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. No stars from me! We paid via their payment system linked to on PayPal. We didn't pay on PayPal but on debit card, now trying to get money back that way. We had to turn away our landscapers as we have no work slabs! They are out of pocket and we are out of money too! Really upsetting and seriously thinking of reporting this company to Watchdog if we don't get a refund!

We ordered garden slabs at the end of august with an estimated delivery date of 7-10 working days. 10 working days had passed so I messaged them asking for an update. Was told there was a “logistical delay”. I kept messaging them every week for over 2 months to be told the exact same excuse. I asked if I could be given at least an estimation of when we could expect our slabs to arrive, only to be told “I don’t want to give you an answer and it be wrong”. WHAT IS GOING ON?!? Slabs still hadn’t arrived by October 11th so I messaged them again and was met with the same rubbish excuse. I then requested a refund as quite frankly I was fed up of waiting. I was told refund can take up to 14 days to be received. SHOCK - I never received this refund after 14 days, so I messaged them and they said they will “chase their accounts team and get back to me”. Of course no one got back to me, so I chased again a week later. Luckily I paid via PayPal so submitted a case against this company and PayPal have issued my refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can’t believe they are allowing people to purchase slabs from their website knowing full well they won’t be delivering them. Absolutely disgusting. Please don’t reply to this as I don’t want to hear anymore of your excuses.

United Kingdom | 15 November 2023I bought product online which was not in stock and therefore wasn't shipped. After 10 days I cancelled the order as there hadn't been any updates. I was told a refund would be issued. After 2 weeks no refund had come. It is now 6 weeks since the order was cancelled and no refund has come due to Paving Superstore having an 'issue'. Whatever you do, do not use this company as they are 100% unreliable.

Please DO NOT send any money to these people. I keep phoning and being told the refund has been processed and was told I could have it in writing, which I’m still waiting for. Save yourself the hassle and buy from a reputable company and not these cowboy scammers!! You only need to read everyone else’s bad reviews as well as mine to see that this company cons people out of money!!

United Kingdom | 04 November 2023A month ago, we set up a trade account with this company and paid up front for our first order of paving slabs. There's still no delivery date and, at the time of our order, there was absolutely no indication of this horrendous delay, or we would NOT have ordered. I can't run a company like this! I've cancelled our order and they cheekily tell me they will refund in 14 days and then it takes 3 to 5 days for the bank to issue the money. No, it does not in the 21st Century! and they have no right to take 14 days to give me my money back! I've cancelled our trade account and demanded the refund now. Some hope! Keep away, there's plenty of decent competition out there.

We ordered paving blocks that were labelled as '7-10 days' delivery, payed with bank transfer (almost 3k!!) to then discover they were not available and the delivery date was non existent. Since then I am asking for a refund but after many calls (being promised a call back or being told that the 'accounting team' is off-sick, we haven't received any refund yet. It is beyond appalling and this company (if it is one) should be avoided to trade. UPDATE: when I was chasing for refund the MD got frustrated telling me they were still in the 14 days of contract terms for refunding. So I left them alone. Guess what , the 14 days have now passed , no re-fund given and no response to any of my emails. I am genuinely wondering what company this is. UPDATE: more time passed (almost a month), endless emails, texts on the Facebook channel, calls and no progress/no response. I think this is a planned behaviour to retain Customer cash. I am lawyering up/contacting a credit collection company.

United Kingdom | 03 November 2023They do not even deserve one star. No one answers the phones, and like so many other reviews they do not deliver when they say and have blamed it on a courier. No courier is 3 weeks late. I will be speaking to trading standards, as they are braking agreements.

Company failed to give a delivery timeline, even after 3 weeks after receiving order but still advertising next day delivery on site. This was apparently due to their 'delivery system going down'. Cancelled order for a refund and 4 weeks (+5days) later not refund issued. This was apparently due to their 'issues with payment system'. Had to dispute the with credit card provider to get refund. They should look at giving accurate estimates of deliveries on the site. And stop lying customers about systems failing.

United Kingdom | 03 November 2023DO NOT order from this company. Placed an order for paving slabs on the 18th September paid £421.00 for delivery on the16th October. Received an email on the 13th October to say slabs will not be delivered, could not give me a delivery date and stated that delivery could be anytime in the next few weeks. Cancelled the order and received an email confirmation to say the monies paid would be refunded within 14 days. This hasn’t happened and have now been told they are experiencing issues with their payment system!!!! and we have had no choice but to raise this issue as a claim with PayPal. This company is terrible you can never get hold of anyone and they do not respond to emails.

Still waiting for my order to be delivered, 2nd November. I havd left several phone messages on an answerphone which have gone unanswered. I've asked twice for a refund but no response. Extremely disappointed as my first order a couple of years ago was delivered prompwith great communication.
