Delivery was late by 2 weeks & over 10% of my slabs were broken.

Easy to view product online. Ordered product turned up on time, delivery company excellent also. Product, as per the description and pictures, all items present and undamaged. What more could you ask or expect

poor customer service, took over a month to deliver a pallett then to be told they had lost it, shambles of a company.

Ordering online was straight forward and recieved my paving on my allotted delivery date. Pleased to say that all the slabs were intact and undamaged.

1hr wait in the queue to speak to somebody. Good when I finally got there. Knowledgeable staff member but probably the only person manning the phone. Web site is easy to navigate.

Wide range of products extremely competitively priced. I needed to phone to clarify delivery options and had to hold on for over an hour to get to speak to someone. They were helpful when I did get through.

Please read the reviews and take notice I didn't! This must be one of the poorest customer service experiences. I have had from a company for a long time and I would give them zero stars if that was possible. Before placing the order, I contacted them to check that an order would be delivered to me on at least the Friday before I needed it on the following Monday and was assured this would not be a problem. Given this, I placed the order and booked a local company to lay the patio. However, Friday came, and I still had not received a delivery date for the slabs. After trying to contact them several times by phone (they never answer their phone) I got confirmation via webchat that the slabs would be with me on Monday. At 4 pm on Monday still no delivery, so I contacted them and was told that the driver was running late but would be with me that day. At 6:30pm I got a call from the delivery company saying that the delivery driver had run out of time and wouldn’t be able to get to me today, however they would prioritise my delivery the following day. At 9am I contacted them and was told that the delivery would be with me by 10:30. At 11am I called them again at was told it was now 12 noon, again this came and went. This then slipped back to 1pm and then 2pm eventually at 3pm the delivery arrived. After unloading the delivery, the driver left straight away, he is meant to wait 20 minutes so you can inspect the items. After unpacking all the slabs, I found a number were chipped, I didn’t report this as I still had enough to cover the area required and had no confidence that they would resolve the situation anyway. Having looked at your response to other customers reviews I look forward to blaming the delivery company Palletplus which I would point out you hired to deliver the items or to fob this off. If you use this company be prepared for their poor customer service and to be waiting around for delivery from Palletplus.

Excellent service -when you can get it. Very long wait times on the phone. Emails rarely answered. BUT when you get to speak to someone they are very knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery too was fast and driver very helpful. I think the need to employ more admin staff.

I ordered paving stones on the 12th March 2021, with the delivery due for w/c 19th April 2021. I called, emailed and was told my order would be delivered the week after. It’s now the first week of May and my order still hasn’t arrived, with absolutely no communication or contact. I wish I’d read the reviews on here, I can’t believe how unprofessional this company is. I wanted to add as I have just just seen a response from the company, yes, the live chat was answered quickly, but I was told my order would be coming the week after. After calling the courier company, it turns out my order was cancelled by Paving Superstore with them - but Paving Superstore never informed me of this. I appreciate you are having issues with your supplier, but all it takes is communication to actually let the person know what's happening.

There is no communication. I paid for the slabs and received a tracking email I have been watching for a month. Now it's at the depot I still have no clue when it's being delivered. Nobody answers the phone how is anyone meant to organize a job. They dont care once they got your money

Had a lot of breakages but company has responded and are are going to send out replacements next week

Slabs were advertised as being available for quick delivery, but it took a long time to receive them with no updates. I emailed in the end to ask. When the slabs arrived there were multiple breaks. I emailed pictures over and was told that replacements would be sent. Since then (three weeks ago) I have heard nothing and the company have not responded to me at all. I now need to go elsewhere to find similar slabs to finish. Not ideal. I would not recommend buying from this company if you want a trouble free transaction.

This is my second order with the paving superstore. we purchased porcelain patio tiles which were so good and with the glass balustrading helped to sell our house. so now we are building the same patio on our new home. the ordering was easy and delivery very prompt and well packaged with no damages would highly recommend.

Ordered over a grands worth of paving slabs which arrived with some of them damaged. We contacted the company via phone (1 hour to get through) to get told to email, THREE weeks later we were still waiting for a resolution. Only replied to me when I started commenting on their Facebook which I am now blocked on (very mature). Paving slabs down look nice but absolutely not worth the hassle. I would go elsewhere where the customer service is more responsive.

Delivery wasn't great. Pallet was damaged so unable to use pallet trucks. Had to unload by hand

Great service great slabs at a reasonable price Looked on the website found the patio slabs we needed ordered and paid they delivered them 5 days later all hassle free drivers turned up covid safe what’s not to like

Great company to order from. Easy to use website, fast delivery and great products at great prices. Lots of negative comments about these, don't listen to them. They seem to be blaming the company for the delivery driver issues. This is out of their control. Plus, the driver is not paid to put them round the back, they and the courier are paid to deliver them to your kerbside, period. Try talking to the drivers nicely and they make help you, but don’t expect it. I gave our delivery driver a tenner, and he put them exactly where i wanted them. I gave him the tenner, as he would have put them there anyway, as i did not expect it and asked him and spoke to him like a person doing a hard job.

I had several cracked slabs 6 x 600 by 900 all broken getting hold of anyone to get this sorted it a nightmare I have emailed but had no response phoned but get fobbed off and used the website to alert them I just get allocated a ticket but you need a user name and password to view the status of your ticket tried to register for this but that does not work If it was not for the fact i had a good builder my patio would still not be finished I would not recommend this company to anyone Still waiting for some sort of a response and it now been 5 weeks i don't normally do reviews but if this stops one person from using them i have done a good deed —————— Wow you put a complaint in and you get a response I have no email I have chased the email 3 times
