Great delivery and amazing quality. The delivery was fast and I was really happy with the email updates. Next to that, the important part, the quality is really good and the shoes look amazing!

Recently visited the store in the center of Amsterdam. Really liked how the store was well curated. It was not overwhelming or saturated with products. One staff member was also quite helpful and friendly, as well as it seemed he was passionate about the brand. The shoes and shirts are extremely high quality and made in EU, which is a plus to me.

Bij de KLM kledingverstrekking kon ik de filling pieces sneakers passen. Ik heb ze daarna besteld. Maar deze KLM sneakers waren keihard, dus totaal niet comfortabel. Ik moest eerst een retourlabel aanvragen en uitprinten nadat ik van alles moest invullen. Er werd mij geadviseerd om een verzekering van €3,49 af te sluiten en €0,50. Als nl de schoenen kwijt zouden raken, kreeg ik mijn geld niet terug. Dus ik heb masr €3,99 betaald. Daarna moest ik mijn schoenen naar een DPD punt brengen ergens ver weg op een industrie terrein. Er was maar 1 punt in Amstelveen. Toen ik die jongen van DPD vertelde dat ik apart een verzekering moest afsluiten ivm verlies van het pakket. Vond hij en ook ik dat een vreemde zaak. Hij zei als een pakket zoek raakt, krijgt Filling pieces gewoon het geld terug. Dit is dus pure geld klopperij en een slechte service. Voor mij heeft dit merk volledig afgedaan en zal het ook iedereen afraden om dit produkt te kopen.

About 4 years ago I heared about this Dutch brand located near my home town. Ever sinds I buy approx. 8 pairs a year which resulted in a dedicated cabinet for my FP shoes. Perfect fit to my more wider feets, good quality and lovely designs each year across the seasons.

Customer service ignores my emails. The support team on Instagram also ignores my messages. I had been given an faulty pair of shoes. They won’t resolve it as of so far.
