🔝,the most comfortable shoes I ever had.For every day use.

Hello, I bought the shoes in the spring to wear them when the weather is nice. Unfortunately part of the leather ripped after a week of wearing. The sole also comes off at the suede strip at the front. The wearing comfort is good, as I am used to from FP. Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed this time. Best regards

Laces snapped just like most people experienced. I contacted customer services who said they sent out a new pair of laces to my address. 4 weeks later still didn't receive them. I contacted customer service again and she said she sent a second pair of laces but again weeks went by and i received nothing. Ive bought 3 pairs of Filling pieces but i wont buy any again because their poor customer service. I dont like being lied to about sending me laces. I know you didn't even bother to post them otherwise you would of sent the laces with tracked delivery a second time.

Order management perfect and easy. Customer service excellent. Product info: No mention of inner material in webshop. Disappointed that this turned out not to be leather as my other FP sneakers. After less than 2 weeks I just discovered that pieces of the outer sole is falling off. Doesn’t at all look like the standard quality I appreciate so much.

This company is a manufacturer of shoes. They know how to do it, the quality and the design is top notch, I own 5 pairs of their marvellous sneakers, no complaints! The bad thing is their service level. I ordered some shoe laces a few weeks ago. 3 times they told me the laces will be shipped, nothing arrived. The latest news I got from them a few days ago is that the laces are not available, even though these laces are from a pair of shoes from then current collection. My advice to this company: keep on producing these fantastic shoes, but PLEASE improve your service!!

Returns are not free of Charge which is okay. But they charge you 10€ top return a package from germany. That ist just way too much.

I love them! I wouldn't mind having a second pair in a different color way if the weather in Texas allowed for cooler temperatures more frequently.

The size was smaller than usual, the heel slipped even though the shoe was smaller. I did not dare to order a bigger size because of the heel. The shoe was beautiful though, a pity the fit was not so good

Purchased two months ago and the shoes haven’t arrived. Customer service couldn’t give me a tracking number and now have stopped responding to my emails. Extremely frustrating.

The quality of the shoes are poor. Two pairs out of five didnt last three days. The return process (when not having the orginal box) is too long considering they delivered shoes that broke. I need to find a new box and fill out different forms in order to return them. Not good enough in my opinion.
