Product is fantastic, the ability of HH to deliver the right product is not. 4 attempts before it was correct. The service support was first class, the problem was elsewhere, warehouse, dispatch, I do not know. I would use then again, but will be prepared for a long haul.

Fantastic looking fitting works well with dimmer, only downside was it’s a pig to fit due to no visible fixings , tip to anyone buying this file the screw heads down a fraction so when twisting it on they go into holes a tad easier otherwise you’ll be there forever, only other slight problem is the you have to get screws at exact depth so it’s tight and you can scuff new paint/ wallpaper, but once done , fantastic and you won’t regret it
