Fantastic service and quality products

I ordered a glass fronted touch remote dimmer and it was delivered very quickly. Switch wouldn't pair with remote which was also sent without a battery. Very quick response to complaint and new switch arrived the next day but this also failed to pair with the remote. Gave up and requested a refund (having returned both units in envelope) and received a refund the next day. Excellent service but very poor product. Tried to leave a review on vendors Web page but was blocked from doing so.

I spent some considerable time looking for some led lighting and you had the best range and I've just fitted the first set (I'm waiting on a builder before I can do the rest) and I am a very happy bunny. It looks as good as I imagined it might.

I asked the lady on the phone can you plaster them into the ceiling flush with the recesses they sell and she said yes. No you can't. the led/recess are not designed to be plastered in as liner, seamless lights as they are rounded and the the recess doesn't come with beads to plaster up to.The light is seamless fair enough, but it is designed to be surface mounted. I Also received 2 different units, wiggle both of the and them and they fail. The remote is very basic and literally need to have it nearly touching the unit to work. I literally have 2 strips I cannot recess into the ceiling flush, and they can't be used under my worktops because they're so deep the cupboards won't open. The only reason it's 2 star instead of one is because it is actually spotless/seamless led lighting which is nice. Other than that you're very limited as to where you can hide it and the receiver cannot be burried or else it does not work.

I ordered 15m of IP66 outdoor led strip lights expecting it to be perfectly fine to be outside, after a couple of months the lights no longer worked due to water ingress, I contacted Harrington Heath and was told to send the lights back. After sending the lights back, 2-3 weeks passed and I had heard nothing. I sent a few emails and finally someone got back to me and said that the lights were beyond repair and I should order a new set, Even though the lights were advertised as IP66 rated and were water damaged after a couple of months…. I emailed back a few more times asking why the lights were not going to be replaced and why I had to chase the matter myself, to which I received no reply. I advise you to avoid this company for its utterly poor customer service!
