Ordered 3m led warm light lights. Mentioned that installation clips were included but none was recieved so I had to us my own innovative to install them as I wouldn't have time to send them back in time. Poor packaging, was expecting more then a bubble wrap bag as they could easily recieve damage. No controller was included. Lights worked and look nice just disappointed of not receiving the full benefit.

Not good. Have had to return several items. Items always sent out with poor packaging and never any instructions. I ordered light with switches which the remotes were missing so had to chase for them to be sent out. They didn’t come with any batteries and require an unusual size so had to buy batteries on top.

A mixed bag! First the good. Ordered LED Neon Flex Light Strip and a touch light switch. Both arrived very quickly and looked great. Had a problem with the LED Strip, the remote wouldn't work, I was told that they would send a new one as the remote included doesn't work with my transformer. A new light switch arrived, the coloured buttons are all mixed up. Press blue and you get red, press red and you get yellow, etc.. I was told that there is a manufacturing problem. When the website clearly states remote included, it should work! Upgraded the on off switch to a double dimmer, and now we have problems. The instructions are so small I had to enlarge them on a scanner. The wiring diagrams just do not make any sense, numerous phone calls and I was none the wiser. Thankfully a friend helped and we were able to get the led strip and some dimmers to work. The LED Strip despite it clearly stating "also be controlled by any LED compatible Light switch including I LumoS Touch On/Off and Dimmer Light switches." Only turns them on and off. They do not dim and you cannot change the colour. thankfully ours are stuck on a light blue/green. Another phone call and I was told that there are too many combinations to include instructions and another remote is on its way. That's 3! Great quality products let down by the lack of instructions, long wait times on the phones, and a loack of integration. Sorry!

Brilliant service after a dicey start. Wrong item was sent but they arranged delivery of correct item and collection of the return item. Can’t fault their service. Item is lovely and for a very competitive price.

Needed the item quickly as my kitchen light had fused. Came across HH by accident whilst trying to find a replacement. Product is good quality, easy to install and arrived very quickly.

Item still hasn't arrived, after 2 weeks of waiting, emailed to fine out what had happened to be told it was out of stock and would be dispatched on the 16th and a partial refund would be issued, still no lights and no sign of any refund!! In hole not a very good service
