I ordered 3 multi plug sockets. When they are arrived they were standard sockets. After a quick call they were replaced with the correct items which look good and work fine. If the need arises I would use Harrington Heath again.

Great product. Great customer support to help set up iPhone app pairing. Only minus was that a four gang switch has two modules and apparently cannot be controlled as one switch from the app.

I bought 2 strips of the 8x16 240V 9W LEDS. I had been concerned they wouldn't be bright enough, but they are fine. I took a bit of a risk and set them in channels I'd cut into some wood strips at the top of a low attic ceiling. This turned out fine as the upper part of the strip is a bit flexible (though I'd also taken care to sand the channel to a consistent width). Like others I'd advise buying with long cables as it's surprising how easily obstructions (in the ceiling in my case) use up the length. There were 13 amp fuses in the plugs which seem a bit OTT to me, but I was cutting mine off anyway

Very helpful staff and customer care. I have to add that after sales issues are resolved and dealt with in a very professional manor too.. My only disappointment is with myself as if I could recollect the individuals I have had the pleasure of dealing with I would definitely have liked to name and acclaim :-) I would highly recommend..
