Items arrived late and some items defective. However, the delay was understandable due to the global silicone shortage and the customer services and returns department were really good to deal with.

I ordered a touch switch which initially failed to arrive, and I had problems communicating with the company. I was beginning to think I may never see my order but eventually I was able to speak to the manager who was very apologetic and explained that because of some problems in their email system they had never received my communications. Once this was all sorted out I received my switch the next morning and I'm pleased with it. I can't deny that there were some serious problems initially but I am satisfied that the company is rectifying these and is keen to provide a good service.

Turned up quickly and the door was easy to install

Great product, great price and speedy service.

The items I ordered did not come with installation instructions of any kind, nor was there any documentation to show they were up to the appropriate safety standards. I spent an hour on hold on the telephone trying to speak to someone. This was a bank holiday so if there was no one working customer service there should have been a message to say so. The customer servicemessage that plays says that I can press any button to leave a message but I pressed every button and was not given the ability. Once I had spoken to a member of staff they were unable to provide instructions from the manufacturer and I was offered a hand drawn diagram. This was not provided. I was told they would make a video to show how to install the lights. This was a week ago now and I am yet to recieve this. I shan't be using this company in the future.

Brilliant service and delivery on time

Capacitor, promptly supplied free of charge a capacitor to stop the Led bulbs flickering.

Quick delivery and my daughter is very pleased with her remote controlled coloured lights.
