Top quality product. Ordered some I-lumos light strips. Received them within 48 hours. Much better than any of the LED light strips I’ve brought before. With these ones you actually get a continuous light beam instead of normal bright and dark spots on most LED strips. More expensive but worth it for a more quality feel. Will order from this company again.

BE WARNED! THEIR LIGHTS ARE NOT BUILT TO LAST CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. OVERPRICED, CHEAP LIGHTS THAT ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. I initially bought one of their LED strip lights for £140 about 7 months ago and I wish I had never even heard of this company. It arrived with cheap plastic clips to install that look like someone has cut them off a longer strip with a hacksaw. You have to pay separately for this £24! I bought my own clips and installed the light. The remote to change the colour on the light worked for the first month then then got progressively worse to an extent where it didn't work. Sent them back for repair and they said they replaced the transformer. To be honest it came back working then progressively got worse over the next 3 months but at least we could still use the remote this time but had to be very close to the receiver. 6 months in I noticed the end of the light strip started to discolour e.g. some of the light would light up green while the rest would be red. Shortly after this it stopped working altogether. I would expect that lighting costing £140 to last longer than 6 months! Fed with the poor quality of the light I just wanted my money back. I sent the light back to Hartington Heath who have replied saying they will not repair, replace or refund the light as it doesn't satisfy their returns policy. No apology at all, just endorsing the fact that their item is not expected to last longer than 6 months. I have raised a formal complaint and as it stands heard nothing back.

Most appalling experience with Hartington Heath and do not recommend this merchant to anyone! I feel totally scammed. Ive had 2 issues associated with this transaction: 1. I have mistakenly ordered 11 wrong electricity switches (I LumoS Luxury White Glass Panel LED Dimmer Touch Light Switches - 1 Gang 1 Way), which were shipped back to Hartington Heath on 13th December 2021. Tracking number of the return parcel: CW056968135FR shows that the items were delivered on 24th December 2021 at 9:27. I have not received my refund from Hartington Heath for this return. Expected refund amount: £214.94. I have contacted the merchant numerous times but I have not received this refund, its a total scam! 2. The second issue is related to the 7 - I LumoS Luxury White Glass Panel Touch Remote Electronic Curtain & Blinds Switch, total amount of these switches £166.53 (as per attached invoice). Hartington Heath sent me incorrect switches which do not operate as electric curtain switches, the modules which were shipped are 3 Gangs switches: (which do now work for electric blinds). I have been in contact with the manager from Hartington Heath since 1st December and she is not solving the issue. I have asked for the correct switches to be sent, but Hartington Heath did not do this. I have also asked for a return shipping label / to cover the cost of return shipping and to issue a refund for the incorrect goods they shipped us, but Hartington Heath refused to do this. I am forced to file a court case and a chargeback, as this is not being resolved by manager at Hartington Heath. The situation is extremely frustrating and time consuming.... STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS MERCHANT!

A repeat (3rd) order for these compact LED fittings. Apart from a hiccup with one item on my second order these have been reliable and good VFM. Recommended

Wouldn't recommend, their stuff is very cheap, made somewhere in china. They are packaged in some cheap blank boxes, don't have any certificate or paper paper with it whatsoever. I don't think they have any quality Mark, or are approved by any standard. I bought some Led lights from them, and within 2 months they start to burn out.

Please avoid this company. I have ordered around 15 separate NEON LED Strip lengths from them, some being as long as 30 meters. Around 12 of those are now FAULTY in my consumers home. We, as a company, have contacted Hartington Heath on numerous occasions to try and have this resolved. I have received a replacement for 3 of these lengths (before it reached 12) which have now also turned out FAULTY. The products they sell are made ridiculously cheap which doesn’t reflect the price they charge for them. I will never purchase anything from Hartington Heath again, biggest mistake.

Instructions and guidance on what I required for my wireless switches weren’t very clear on the website or in the guidance that came with the items. However, customer service was superb in their help in sorting everything out. Can’t fault the products now they’re fitted.
