Lights arrived sooner than the expected arrival date and are amazing.

Not bad. Great lights but they were advertised as coming with 3M tape, which they didn’t. I emailed them to be told the IP65 version doesn’t come with the 3M tape. Perhaps this should be documented on the website

order my first set of lights on the website they came on time and service was good but then I ordered dimmer switches and they said it will be 3 weeks wait because of covid after 3 weeks nothing the problem is not the wait the problem is to be left in the dark for months they never came back to me to advise me that there is further delay or nothing I waited from October/November 2020and today's date is June 2021 kept calling they said o sorry we never get back to you the order would bee end of December then nothing came called again they said end of January nothing end of March nothing the problem I had was that I was the one that had to keep calling to get info on my product that I have paid in October they did not even email me to apologize to delay or nothing, then I asked for refund they said it's done after 2 weeks nothing was refunded and still have not received my refund. very disepointing avoid ordering from here there are plenty other sites that are better

Hartington Heath are a great find for me, I was able to purchase short lengths of Neon flex LED all pre made with end caps and plugs ready to switch on. This is an excellent service with quick delivery at a great price. I'd highly recommend if your looking to purchase any form of LED light tape.

We ordered wrong product by mistake but Hartington heath accepted them back without any fuss and gave a full refund. Correct product ordered and it arrived when they said it would and works perfectly. Would definitely use them again

Unfortunately some of the lights I ordered came with the wrong drivers although I ordered dimmable round led panels some of these were delivered with non dimmable drivers, also about 50% of the driver and led panels had mismatched connectors some were a locking bayonet fitting and others were just a push fit I got over this problem by cutting the bayonet notches off with a sharp knife
