Good light and switch once working. Bought dimmable led light and led dimmer switch but light would only flash. Was told I needed an adapter even though both items were from same range. When the adapter arrived gave it a try and made no difference. A new light was sent out and when it arrived the light had a different type of plug to the driver (both in the same box) so couldn’t use it. After some experimenting managed to get a functioning set out of the two I had.

The iLumos products I bought were to add to the installation in my house. I am really impressed with the way iLumos works, and with the way it integrates with Google Home. Unlike some other home automation equipment, the iLumos switches and dimmers are solidly locked to WiFi, and rapidly re-pair with the WiFi when there is a power interruption. My only gripes are that the website isn't quite as informative as it could be when selecting the various iLumos products (there are some important nuances), and that my telephone calls were put on hold for a very long time - but we are in a pandemic, and many companies have had the same problem. All in all, a great experience, and I will certainly be back for more from Hartington Heath.
