Very poor customer service, despite the quality of product they sell. We experienced very poor communications throughout and was only ever able to ring through once on the telephone as our light strip had stuck together and failed in some areas prior to installation, at no time were told that it needed to be un-coiled and was stored in a warm room before we needed to fit it. I've suggested they put a note in the box to advise their domestic customers about this moving forward, it was apparent on the phone this was all our fault and a management decision a few days later came back to say the same and was told we would need to buy a replacement. We then had to fight for a better discount as we would have been severly out of pocket due to buying clips as well, that when asked about returning for a refund was forgotten about. We had no choice but to buy again costing us a lot more more money for an 18m light strip. They even got the replacement length wrong from the initial order which I had to advise before paying for a replacement, really not difficult and hope anyone else finds the customer service to be more pleasing.

Quick deliveries, good communication form support team

Ordered a touch switch, when fitted there was an issue that in the off position the light stayed on but very low level of light that was flickering. Contacted Hartington Health who spoke to technical and sent out a resistor to stop flickering, received it the next day, great service.

Just a little confusion with my order and crossed wires, however the end result was better than expected :-))

Quick delivery. I had a problem with a dimmer switch, customer services were good, gave possible solutions that didn't work so sent a replacement unit. Good service.

Excellent communication throughout and quick delivery. Very pleased with the company. The items themselves were just OK, not of the greatest quality and slightly disappointing but I knew I was taking a risk when ordering as the pictures on the website were not very detailed.

The light produced by this fitting is a nice warm white and illuminates the room evenly. The dimmer is both functionally excellent and stylish. Recommended.

Product was excellent paid for tracked 24 delivery but it took 72 hrs to get hear.

Great customer service. Helped me with choosing the right product, no issues with a few returns that I had to do (no issue with the sockets/lights, just me returning some I didn’t need anymore). Bought a black brushed aluminium sockets and switches and they are absolutely gorgeous!
