I ordered a led strip light for use in my garden. The first product was faulty, and the returns process experience was not great. Everything happened very slowly. I needed the light for a project I was working on, but I had to return the first product before I would be sent a new one, fair enough, but the pre-paid returns packaging took days to arrive. The product is decent and very bright. Just a shame the delivery and returns side was a little less than great.

Fast delivery and there was a problem with one of the switches and it was quickly dealt with.

Excellent honest quality services

Very quick service

Different switch sent, no enough remotes, no led drivers prevent flickering. First person from customer service I spoke told me that I am wrong and item is correct. Second person said that she know item is wrong, but they are out of stock and I should use it as it is, even website say 88 in stock. Third person I spoke noticed after pictures sent that I have different switch that I ordered and they will send replacement plus led drivers and missing remotes required for wifi configuration. That was over two weeks ago and nothing been sent yet. Anyway this is my first ever comment on internet about anything. Congratulations Hartington Heath Team

Great product at a good price

The worst firm I have ever dealt with. Appalling customer service, they failed to fulfil my order for over 4 months, never bothered to update me I had to constantly call and email them. When I have asked for my money back they lied and lied and it took me 2 months of constant calling, finally they gave me just some of the money for no reason. They have actually kept some of my refund money because they failed to provide the goods. I am now planning in taking them to court. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM !!!

Goods arrived lay, but 4m 360’ light tube did not work. Sent it back with controller. Replacement was sent without the controller. Had to email. Thank you Alan for your help. The phone call to say the tube was faulty in the first place was a bit dodgy, he said it will be replaced but had to email as to what was happening. Product is excellent but customer service is tongue in cheek. Alan saved the day!
