Adele was friendly, and open to all types of questions. She didn't steer decision making to her own personal preferences, but gave her professional opinion on components that would make a real impact on ring quality. Managed to squeeze me in at short notice and the whole experience was enjoyable and ran smoothly. My only recommendation would be to have two of each ring design so that they didn't have to be shared between tables. Overall a very happy customer though.

Ellie was amazing, made us feel comfortable and very knowledgeable. You guys do awesome on Instagram. For me the downside is maybe the ring designs, personal preference and the aftercare for the rings - some places offer cleans & maintenance annually.
