We went in for an engagement ring appointment. Ava was really kind and answered all of our questions. She showed us a range of rings of interest. We weren't settled on one design up and liked a range of features from the different rings. We ended up deciding that we wanted to design our own ring, Ava was very attentive and listed all of the things we liked. My fiancè ended up getting the custom ring made. It is very beautiful, and the ring has all of the features and is even more perfect than we could have imagined. Thank you Ava for making it a seamless experience for us. We will definitely be back for our wedding bands!
