My best-friend I had an appointment at Cullen’s jewellery recently and Sailor Rose made the whole experience seamless. She was very knowledgeable and explained things to us in a very understandable way. I was able to find the most beautiful and perfect engagement ring.

Experience was great, as it was our first time looking for rings. Made to feel welcome and comfortable. Tried on rings and also was very helpful will knowledge of the diamonds and products.

Jazz and the team were great - very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating of our preferences/requests.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I just collected my engagement ring from the Sydney showroom and I could not be happier with how it turned out. Special mention to Katherine who help me with the selection of the stones and everything else involved in the customisation process. Katherine made sure to keep me informed every step of the way and went above and beyond all expectations to ensure the ring made its way safely to me. I would highly recommend to anyone and I am looking forward to coming back for the wedding ring.

Very pleasant experience! We were greeted with a warm welcome from Chloe who was lovely and knowledgeable. She understood that we had a budget and style but were not sure of the process. She provided us with all the important information and allowed us to try on variations of colours, shapes and sizes. We can't wait to see the dream engagement ring we designed!

I had made the decision to use Cullen pretty far in advance and when they opened the perth showroom the stars aligned. Overall the website and being able to review settings and available diamonds was awesome. It set the expectations on budget and timing very clearly. My in person appointment with Jayde was fantastic. She was very friendly & knowledgable and was able to answer all of my questions with ease.

I've worked in the Jewellery industry for about 8 years and visiting Cullens was truely special! From start to finish everything felt perfect. I felt heard from our consultant Amelia and all the other girls over emails, like every small detail I cared about they did too! The instagram page is done so well prior to deciding I wanted to go with Cullens any question I had I found on their instagram and they do try on lives every week which was super helpful and fun! the live diamond auction is was drew me in many years ago I absolutely loved the idea of being able to pick the diamond myself. Could not be happier with the end result! Seriously thanks so much team!
