My partner and I really enjoyed the experience. Giselle explained everything about the process thoroughly and it was nice to try on all the different rings available. We didn't feel rushed or pushed to make a purchase on the day. I do wish the showroom had all settings available on the website.

Cullen Jewellery provides the best service in the creation of custom jewellery and aftercare. A few years ago I first designed my ring, and they were awesome through the whole process. And now with a resize after losing some weight I have received the same excellent service! They are very welcoming, with attention to detail throughout the whole process. Honestly such a wonderful experience with Adele. She was very helpful with showing us different options and didn’t make me feel silly asking lots of questions. We didn’t feel rushed to make our decision either, as she gave us the timeline of how long the rings would take to get made. We will definitely be ordering both of our wedding rings from Cullen. We bought all wedding engagement rings from Cullen, and had to send one in for repair (due to a wearer issue not an issue with manufacturing). Cullen was amazing, fast and lovely communication to solve the issue and restore our ring to its original glory. We wouldn’t shop anywhere else for important jewellery, Cullen is where it’s at!
