The education for purchasing lab diamond rings on IG is great. I was disappointed at my virtual appointment because their camera wasn’t working properly so I couldn’t see the rings and unfortunately the consultant was perhaps new and didn’t help me make my decision or offer me anything I hadn’t gotten from their IG account. I did end up purchasing by emailing and this process was easy. I hope I love my ring ! From what I can see online they offer quality craftsmanship with good company ethics (like trying to be carbon neutral). Price was very reasonable.

Incredible Service and So Much Patience! I had the pleasure of working with Zoe at Cullen Jewellery while upgrading my engagement ring, and she was absolutely wonderful! I was a bit confused with all the options available, but Zoe was so patient and walked me through everything step by step. She never rushed me and made sure I understood all the details, especially the differences between Moissanite and lab-grown diamonds. Her explanations helped clear up my confusion completely. She also sent a detailed email summarising all our discussions, which made it so much easier for me to review. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness and expertise.
