Although we were roughly 20-30 minutes late to our appointment due to the traffic we were still greeted so kindly & Zoe was exceptional. She was so wonderful and brilliant and really made the whole experience so much fun! Really felt like she had our best interests at the forefront and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with carat, price, clarity etc. The Melbourne showroom is so so gorgeous! Felt very comfortable and relaxing vibe.

Laurie was really helpful and guided me to understand the details of how to create the perfect ring. He wasn’t pushing for the best and wanted to make sure I got value for money and what the differences are in the different aspects. I could tell he knew everything he was talking about, and informed me what is common and what are recognizable and non-recognizable differences. I’m super happy with the service and glad that I had Laurie help me choose my ring for hopefully my soon-to-be fiance!

Service was amazing, all my questions were answered and we were able to find my dream ring! The knowledge that Golsa had was incredible and helped us a lot. Thank you. The only down side was the lack of princess cut rings to try on.
