This is the second time I have used Paul at Stumpbusters East Anglia. I have no reservations in recommending him to others. He arrives when agreed; he is very professional, helpful and courteous.

Great quick service, ground out a stump in an awkward place, operator a gentlemen, batteries on machine packed up before commenced, no fuss or bother operator took off and was back in a flash new batteries fitted, mounted my very steep garden to the site and ground out a large stup in a jiff. I was put in touch with Rob by a tree surgeon we had used before. We discussed a date when he could come and a time. As it happened I was away in London and by the time I got back Rob had already been and done all the work discussed. Despite having to put our ramps to climb two steps it was all done efficiently and tidily. I cannot recommend Rob highly enough. I thought the price was very fair and he was in and out without a fuss. Top Job.

Robert Edwards efficiently set up the appointment and explained the process and likely costs. He arrived on time, and the three stumps were removed remarkably quickly with his big stump-eating machine. Robert took care to screen the work and protect the nearby shrubs which we pointed out. He tidied up as much as was possible, and we now have sacks of useful mulch! A good job at a fair price, done when we wanted it.

Ben came this week to remove some very large pine tree stumps after we had had the trees felled. What a brilliant service; Ben was quick, efficient, cleared up all the mess and on top of all that he's a really nice chap to have on your property. Would thoroughly recommend.

I gave Paul at stump busters a call as I had 3 large stumps that needed to be removed on a project my company was undertaking and it was fairly urgent. Paul gave me a rough idea of cost over the phone and I then forwarded some pictures over of the stumps and he quickly came back to me with a price and a date he could do it. On arrival Paul quickly got on making sure the paving we installed the day before was protected and set about removing the stumps . I am really pleased with the result and so was my customer. I would highly recommend stump busters and will definitely be giving Paul a ring on future projects where stumps need to be removed.

Richard turned up at the agreed time and used dustsheets to get through through our mid terrace London house. He removed two stumps and big roots in an hour or so and was very knowledgeable, amenable and efficient. Having an experienced specialist operator with the right kit made the whole experience straightforward, clean and stress free. Would recommend him without reservation.

Nigel is an absolute pleasure to deal with from initial quote right through to end of job. I needed half a dozen stumps and roots of various sizes removing. I asked for a quote using the online form and Nigel called back the same day to give me a very competitive price. We arranged a date for the job there and then, which was less than a week away. He arrived promptly, was very professional, scanning the site first for services to avoid accidents, using screens to limit the spread of chips and leveling and cleaning the site afterwards. He was friendly and cheerful throughout and clearly enjoys his job. Mind you, his machines are amazing fun so that's no wonder, really! I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and would recommend him for any stump removal work.

Paul arrived in good time, explained what would happen and then prepared the area, he put boards down so not to damage the surface and the work was carried out in a short period of time. A lot cheaper than hiring a grinder and doing it myself. Would fully recommend StumpBusters

This is a great service for a great price. Paul and assistant were friendly and extremely professional. They did an excellent job removing the stump and left the garden clean and tidy with only chipping to spread over the borders. Would highly recommend.

Reliable. Honest. Hard working and friendly staff. Would highly recommend this company. We used the biggest tracked machine and a smaller tracked machine to remove about 30 stumps. Competitive prices. We paid a day rate and only took 1 day on each machine. Big machine got stuck for an hour or 2 as very boggy ground but managed to get rid of the biggest stumps. We then got a discount on the smaller (lighter) machine to finish off the job in the boggy areas. We weren't even home so they could have just kept it quiet. Very honest people. Helpful and reliable with bookings etc. Very happy indeed. Thank you guys

David responded very promptly to my initial enquiry, the work was carried out within the week and to a very good standard. Excellent approach and a pleasure to work with.
