I have a willow tree stump in my back yard on a slope which I would like to be removed. I contacted stumpbusters bristol on Monday. And only one day after Darren came to my house to do the job. He was polite, always with a smile and very efficient. Had the job done within half an hour and cleaned everything with leaf blower before he left. Competitive price as well. David removed a number of stumps for us yesterday, many of them being in really awkward positions in the garden. I requested a quote from Paul for an urgent job, he quoted the cost over the phone but was very busy and wasn't sure if he could fit me in within the timescale I required. He promised he would get back to me and Sure enough he was as good as his word, he managed to do the job to an excellent standard whilst I was at work. The garden was all cleared when I got home and he was also the cheapest of four quotes I had got. Overall well pleased.

Absolute top class service from Andy. We had to rearrange the appointment after he came to visit the first time as access to our stump was limited and he needed a different machine, but this was no trouble for him. Even with his smallest machine he has managed to completely remove a bigger than average stump with no fuss, and we are very pleased with the results.
